Hi Ryan.Glad you are thinking about demolishing your new property and to do a new build.When i first saw it,it was pretty obvious that the finished floor level was miles too low.Building new will save you a lot of heartache in the future.Good luck.

Kinda scammy on the discount thing. Gas stations do the same thing here in California. Nothing is priced so when you get to the counter and find it more expensive than you expected, some people are to embarrassed to say no and purchase it anyway.
I put my vote in for 7-11 coffee. CJs tend to be a bit sweet no matter how much I tell them to add less sweetener. My village is about four city blocks downtown. One year, we got another 7-11 (now have two), a CJs, and a Hokie Express. All with coffee shops. I mostly still go to Amazon, the large hot cappuccino is 60 baht and is better and cheaper than buying 2 35 or 40 baht small ones at most shops.
It takes time I think it's good you invested in your place it's nice for you !! And you have room to do your business things that's easier too ! You have time to really think about what you want to do with it !! It will be there when you have the time and money ! it's not going anywhere!! It's a lot of work to do the party for the village kids! Also !! Thanks for the Vlog I enjoy them!

I love CJ We have a membership there as well. We have a local one in our Providence in Thailand. I like to go there for their discounts and I can find some pretty cool gifts there too,to take back home to the states when we travel back

The old farmhouse property you should help someone locally set up a coffee shop for the time being so you do not have to drive your bloody car to a bloody 7-11 or CJ. CJs is great, one not far from me. They have promotions and put a stall outside with loud speakers. Look for the yellow labels, sometimes it’s buy 1 get 1 free. Washing detergent, fabric softener and nappies is what I look out for. Fruit juice also is a bargain. Beers are average nothing special.
