1 I, Kacou Philippe, slave of Jesus Christ,I do not cease to invite you to wisdom. Do not commit the same sins of Israel against the prophets, of Rome against the saints. By cursing me, by calling me a demon, an antichrist, and what I preach a nivaquine preaching ... know that it is to God that you do it. I was pagan and on April 24, 1993, by a vision, I received the commission and the next day while I was sitting with my family, I was transported in vision into a totally desert country and I received the commission to preach the judgment. And it is after these two visions that I went to church for the very first time. And if you cannot, at least, take the Bible to contradict what I preach, stay quiet! Do not load yourselves with curses! [Ed: The congregation says, "Amen!"]. I have never been in a seminary or in a bible training, I do not read the books of your so-called Christian bookstores, for He who sent me is with me. God is sovereign! He can use whom He wants and if you are a child of God, you are bound to recognize this. At the beginning of the church, He leaves the apostles and the disciples filled with the Holy Spirit and goes and chooses Saul of Tarsus, a persecutor of the Christians to speak to the whole earth. And on April 24, 1993, this same God chose a pagan that I was for the Salvation of mankind. If you are a child of God, what will you say if not: "Oh God, may your will be done." I have visited Rwanda twice and I have extended family there. My daughter-in-law is Rwandese. Rwanda is a marvellous country where the people love their President. Remember it was Paul Kagame who led the RPF to bring an end to the genocide in 1994 when the West was not interested and in some cases was complicit in the genocide itself. Rwanda is a fast developing country which is down to the current government led by President Kagame. It is also a very secure country and I have felt safer in Rwanda than I do in my home country of the U.K. The values and morals of the people are also streets ahead of Western countries where selfishness and materialism are gradually eroding society and culture. The people are also warm, friendly and inviting. So before any Western journalists pull out tired stereotypical questions they should get themselves informed or even visit the country to find out for themselves.

    • @eagletlonglegs5234
      @eagletlonglegs5234 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

It was actually 1990 initially under Rwigyema. Rwigyema was killed, RPF retreated. 1994 was when Kagame first showed up, with Museveni’s help backed by the west. Uganda’s military funding was doubled by the west and lots of it went to giving arms to RPF.
Kagame grew up in Uganda and went to the same high school as Museveni. Their friendship goes back to the 70’s. When Kagame says “I lived in trenches” he’s referring to fighting with Museveni back in the 70’s and 80’s. As a quid pro quo Museveni helped RPF in 1990 and ‘94.
In short, if you don’t go back to 1990, or better yet 1959 when Tutsis fled, 1994 doesn’t make sense.

Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UNOHCHR) issued a report on the Congo called “The United Nations Mapping Exercise Report.” This report affirms that the Rwandan government is responsible for the most serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law in the Congo. Moreover, the observation of some of the crimes committed in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has led investigators to say that some elements “if proven before a competent court, could be characterized as crimes of genocide.”
"In 1996 and 1998, Gen. Paul Kagame joined Gen. Yoweri Museveni in invading the Democratic Republic of the Congo, creating havoc in the country which resulted in deaths that the International Rescue Committee estimated to be as high as 5.4 million between January 1997 and January 2008. Since at least seven years of war and conflict were not counted in the IRC’s epidemiological study, the death toll is no doubt much higher.
"Gen. Paul Kagame has never stopped plundering the Democratic Republic of the Congo since his first raids and today Rwanda is a major exporter of coltan (ore used in the manufacture of mobile phones, playstations and military electronics), although Rwanda itself has no coltan reserves.
      "
"Gen. Paul Kagame has fueled wars in the Democratic Republic of the Congo by creating and supporting proxy militias such as the M23 that have helped him cover up his plundering of the country."
      culled from:
Rwanda, Uganda and the Congo Genocide
"Six million Congolese have died since 1996 so that western corporations could retain unfettered access to the region’s mineral wealth. Rwanda and Uganda turned the eastern Congo into a cauldron of death - with impunity, protected by their patrons, the U.S. and Britain. Although the evidence of Rwanda’s role in the Congo genocide is irrefutable, Tutsi strongman Paul Kagame’s regime “will simply get away with it and recommence again tomorrow - as long as minerals need to be supplied to the West.”"

"Judi Rever’s new book, In Praise of Blood: The Crimes of the Rwandan Patriotic Front (Canada: Random House, 2018) shows how Power’s analysis is self-serving and false. While Hutu extremists killed many innocent Tutsi who had been mistreated historically, the key perpetrators of the mass killing were the Tutsi-led Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF), led by Paul Kagame, a “fair haired boy” of the Central Intelligence Agency and British MI6, to quote FBI agent Jim Lyons."
"The RPF instigated the war in October 1990 by invading Rwanda from Uganda in an attempt to reclaim the Tutsis former privileged status. (The Tutsi were favored by the Belgian colonialists and then subjugated and many expelled following Rwanda’s Hutu Power revolution in the early 1960s). The U.S. and British trained the RPF in counterinsurgency and helped to turn the refugee army into a military powerhouse. Kagame was trained in psychological warfare methods at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas."
      Kagame Imperialist Errand boy
      off-guardian.org/2018/02/27/hotel-propaganda/
"Kagame had been (and remains) an erstwhile client of Washington from well before he claimed to have “saved Rwanda from further genocide” in 1994. Not only had he served as director of Ugandan military intelligence in the 1980s, but he had also received training at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas[ ii ], and had been the beneficiary of constant US material and diplomatic support from the moment he assumed control of the RPF."
"In the two decades that have elapsed since the overthrow of the Rwandan government - and the subsequent killing of millions of it’s peoples, and those millions killed in the Congo - the Big Lie has flourished virtually unabated."

I just returned to the US after 6 wonderful months in Rwanda. Hard to believe that this is the same country that killed their own people in 1994. President Kagame is to be totally commended for bringing the country and its people back from genocide. Let me be clear: There were other countries that were complicit in trying to destroy Rwanda, much like most of Africa. But Rwanda has truly risen above that and this is now one of the top African countries I would encourage many African Americans to visit.

If you do some reading or research with open mind, you'll understand that himself P. Kagame was a mastermind of the genocide. 2nd. You'll understand that if It wasn't for the Clinton's, the Tony Blair's, the Bill Gates support, P. Kagame could have been jailed as genocide perpetrator both in Rwanda and in Congo. KAGAME IS WESTERN PUPPET. HE SAID TO PROVE HIM GULTY. FIRST OF ALL ANYBODY WHO HAS GIVEN ANY WITNESS, HE HAS EITHER KILLED THE PERSON OR THE PERSON WAS JAILED. EXAMPLE. MUSHAYIDI DEO WHO GAVE REPORTED SOME ABUSE WAS JAILED. SETH SENDASHONGA WHO REPORTED THE KILLING ORDERED BY KAGAME IN KIBEHO IN AN OPPERATION LEAD BY GEN IBINGIRA, WAS KILLED. ABDUL JOSHUA RUZIBIZA WHO WAS PART OF THE COMMANDO THAT KILLED PRESIDENT HABYARIMANA SENT BY KAGAME AND WHO WAS PART OF MULTIPLE OPERATION WAS KILLED. CONGO WAR WHICH WAS LEAD BY KAGAME TROUPS AND KILLED OVER 10 MILLIONS PEOPLE AND FOR WHICH THERE WITNESSES; CONGOLESE PEOPLE JUST LIKE RWANDANS ARE NOT HEARD JUST BECAUSE KAGAME IS SUPPORTED BY FRANCE AND USA. THE MAPPING REPORT WAS STOPPED BY GEORGE BUSH HIMSELF(REFERENCE: CLARA DEL PONTE ) . HE IS NOW DENYING CONGO WAR KILLINGS DESPITE THE FACT THAT CONGOLESE THEMSELF TALK ABOUT THE CRIMES COMMITTED BY KAGAME'S ARMY. NOW KARASIRA AIMABLE WHOSE PARENT WERE KILLED BY FPR WAS ARRESTED WHEN HE SAID THAT THEY KILLED HIS PARENTS AND THAT THEY ALSO KILLED OTHER PEOPLE.
HE IS NOT PANAFRICAN. HE TALKS ABOUT AFRICAN WHENEVER IT SUITS HIM. FOR EXAMPLE WHEN HE IS ASKED ABOUT RWANDANS HE ORDERS TO KILL.
ANOTHER EXAMPLE IS WHENEVER HE IS ASKED ABOUT CONGO MAPPING REPORT THEN HE TURNS PANAFRICAN.
KAGAME IS THE LESS PANAFRICANIST OF ALL AFRICAN PRESIDENTS:
KAGAME IS THE ONLY PRESIDENT WHO DID NOT CONGRATULATE MAGUFULI OFFICIALLY WHEN HE WON THE LAST ELECTION. BUT ON HIS DEATH HE PRETENDED TO BE HIS FRIEND.
KAGAME IS ONE OF THE FIRST PRESIDENT TO APPROVE LYBIA INVESION BY THE WEST. THIS IS ON TH-cam YOU CAN FIND IT EASILY
RWANDA IS THE FIRST AFRICAN TO ACCEPT ANY TRIALS ON HUMAN OR ANYTHING BY THE WEST BECAUSE RWANDA IS THE GATE TO AFRICA BY THE WEST. IT IS THE LAB OF THE WEST AND EVERYTHING THEY ARE TRYING IN RWANDA IS THEN SPREAD SLOWLY TO OTHER AFRICAN COUNTRIES.
IF KAGAME WAS REALLY AGAINST FRANCE MUSHIKIWABO FORMER FOREIGN MINISTER WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN APPOINTED AS THE BOSS OF FRANCOPHONIE(ALL FRENCH SPEAKING COUNTRIES) WITH THE SUPPORT FROM FRANCE
IF KAGAME WAS REALLY AGAINST NEO COLONIALISM OF THE WEST HE WOULD NOT HAVE STAYED FOR THAT LONG IN POWER. EXAMPLE MUGABE, KHADDAFI, MAGUFULI, LUMUMBA, SANKARA ETC...
IF KAGAME WAS PANAFRICAN HE WOULD NOT HAVE MADE A WAR IN CONGO AND IN CENTRAFRICAN OR SOUDAN
KAGAME IS THE WRONG MAN. KAGAME IS PRAISED BY A LOT WESTERN PRESIDENTS( FRANCE, USA , ENGLAND) . YOU HAVE TO ASK YOURSELF WHY

Kagame works for the anglo american interest. He was literally trained at Ft Leavenworth KS. The US military has had a permanent presence in Rwanda for decades, they host AFRICOM (US Africa command). He is their main guy in the Great Lakes region who ensures the flow of blood minerals from Congo. Just because he talks shit to some white reporter chick doesn't make him a hero.
