  • I bolt all this mayhem together and spin the motor up with electricity. Looks like we have a drive unit ready to drop into the Volvo!

      At your own risk -- I'm not an engineer! For safety's sake, I'm going to be putting a metal shroud around the gap where you can see the driveshaft spinning... to keep out hands, pebbles, squirrels, mice, loose bolts, etc... if something gets down in there, it could be bad.

    My friend.. Can I run a 2200w 72v motor with a 3000w 72v controller?? Or could a problem occur?
