I think you have one of the most famous C4's in the country, people even in TX mention your red C4 because of the custom wheels ! Great vid

Damn someone didn't take very good care of it! That's the ruffest LT4 C4 I've ever seen!! I'm not surprised it doesn't run!!

@VetteWerks lol... did you get her running again?! No doubt the opti was probably bad and if it was the factory unit I hope you rebuilt it and not replaced it?!

@sarahgarcia346 The factory unit was trashed and wet all over. But I didn't throw it away. Yes the vette was fixed and runs very good now, no problems since. I did some cleaning up as you'll see on the other videos, it's a 4 part repair series.

Nice job man.. 👋 I'm so glad I have the earlier model C4. That is a lot of work just to pull that optispark. 🥺

Oh nah I'm doing other things to it, it's actually a bit less work. But nah the Opti problem is blown out of proportion imo. Thanks Ed.

@@VetteWerks For a distributor, this is unnecessarily a lot of work for a small job diy'er

Love your videos man. I have a 1994 that I have been going through, did you order that little bent hose that goes from the purge solenoid to the throttle body, if so where did you get that and part no? Thanks looking forward to more vids. Take it easy

Thanks. Yes I did end up replacing that hose. It is part number 152034 from Davies Corvette CorvetteParts.com
      It's a very snug fit.

@@VetteWerks Thanks for the quick reply. I’ll be ordering that little bad boy up and ya it looks like a bit of a battle to get back on. Thanks again for the info and videos, very helpful for a weekend warrior wrench.
