I just want to address this issue that I face sometimes. I have noticed a pattern whenever I came across some people who did wrong things to me even if we are not interacting I feel sense of hatred within me and repeatedly certain thoughts comes in my like misbehaving with them, wanting to see bad happening to them. But I don't want to do that. These thoughts are distracting me from my goals , hampering my focus and efficiency. If possible then please make a video on this issue.

Very true.. As a mother of a 3 year old, I keep my son away from biscuits, chocolates and fast food. But people around me say it's just a piece of biscuit, it's completely ok. It's just not ok. When we grew up we did not have so much junk food around us. Today availability is not a problem. That is something that we need to understand. It's a problem that gets complicated with every successive generation.

Sugar just numbs their liking for any other flavour..

    Very well said Sid!
I'm 25 and have never did Smoking, drinking and all. And till now wherever I worked most of the people are smoking, drinking, the new cool natural substance, getting laid by paying. And they always used to say that what are you doing bro, you're wasting your life. "Why are you not doing it, Live your life this and that". But somehow I had these laws for me that I'll never go down to that path and I used to laugh on them, but as I got to know more people I realized that they are addicted and anxious and they are making all kind of excuses to justify it to themselves only.
But I faced all these criticism, some girls used to call me "Tauji (Means I'm older)" just because I never indulged myself with them 🤣🤣

      Same here
I am also 18 years old and want to live a healthy lifestyle which other people find boring or uncool.
Ya wo log sochte h ki Mai kuch zindagi me mastii nhi kar rhi hoon.😅😅
Or toh or I keep myself always with my moral values. I have now built a habit of separating myself from all bad or immoral things.
For example if I say that I am a feminist then I am supposed to disassociate myself from mysoginist lyrics or songs and I do this.
And again my friends find it weird too.
And they will constantly make you feel that you are not enjoying your life .
But I know that I am right

Amazing video!! Finally someone saying that our surrounding in itself is not much supporter of healthy lifestyle.. the most quick and easy options that we have are extremely unhealthy.. we have very easy and cost effective access to samosa, fried stuff, maggi, sandwich and other junk almost at every stall..
While it's hard and expensive to find great foods even like sliced pineapple and guavas, which were so easy to get in our childhood days..
I wish if the street would be full of more pocket friendly and healthy options!!
