What about lyricfind or musixmatch that is solely created for this?
I believe DistroKid and most distributors also send lyric info to these services.

Yes, I believe Apple and Instagram at the moment. Maybe others in the future.

Why won’t my lyrics show up on Spotify? It says they are accepted and it’s been a few months since the song dropped and they still aren’t there. This is for a few songs of mine actually

All my song titles and lyrics are in English, but there is one verse in a song where I sing in French, is this possible ?

Distrokid answered me and redirected me to an article I had already seen on "Can I Have Songs With Different Languages On the Same Album?" and it says no.
But I feel like my situation is a bit different since it's only a verse.
I made the same mistake of forgetting to add it and just released it. I need to tattoo “double check your work” on myself, haha. Anywho, how long did the lyrics take to upload on all platforms?
Usually between 3-7 days for most. You generally get a confirmation email.

Hey thank you for the info. Just wanted to ask something in regards to the credits part on distrokid. What does it mean when you chose the option songwriter an two option pop up. I know the lyrics part is definitely me. But what does it mean by musicZ an should I give my self credit for both if I wrote an also the one singing the song ?

My lyrics are getting rejected every time I submit them I make sure that everything is OK with them but it still gets rejected and I feel like this is done in purpose.

You can add plain lyrics, or plain and synced lyrics. But you need the plain for the synced.

I appreciate this, but you're missing a few components. You're not mentioning they don't want you to space lines in some contexts. Perhaps you could make a video about stanzas and proper stylization.

Usually 1-3 weeks. It's a little bit variable.
