It's videos like this that make me realize why it's hard for me to build confidence as an adult. I want my kids to grow with confidence, so I can't make the same mistakes my parents made and expect a good result. Thanks for this video

My girlfriend and I are expecting our first child at the end of November - I'd be completely unprepared if it weren't for these videos so thank you! Maybe watching these videos is a bit too soon but it's better to be prepared, I think. Thanks, Dad University! I can't believe you don't have more subscribers.

Confident comes naturally I think cos my 4 year old girl she is 1000% confident asf, she asks to do everything herself, when I give her medicine she always says ill do it myself. I'll do that myself everytime I love her confidence very loud and not shy at all I hope she stays like this forever.

This was good although i don't agree with the point of "you should be proud of yourself".
I think your point was to prevent them from seeking so much approval from parents ( pls clarify*)
If yes, children also need to feel approved as it builds their confidence

@@Actidad Yeah I don’t think that sounds right, I think most kids want their parents to tell them they are proud of them because it’s a sense of approval from a parent which i think most kids want from their parents.
