Ray Stevenson is absolutely owning this role and it's such a disappointment we won't be getting more of his character in the future.
One of my favorite aspects to his saber form is that he is so efficient with blaster deflection - he seems to have an unnatural vision of where the blaster shots will go and he moves there with the smallest and most precise moves possible. They do so much character development just in the way he moves.

Something I noticed is when Ahsoka fought Morrok, she waited for him to make the first move. And he was inpatient so he went for it. But with Baylan, his patience won and she fought first.
I still don’t think Baylan is a sith. He doesn’t have raw anger like others we’ve seen. He’s very calm and collected and he hasn’t used overt dark side powers like Shin does. She’s quick to anger but he’s more collected. I feel like he’s closer to being a dark jedi and she’s closer to being a sith.

But I have really high hopes for next episode, especially considering it was just announced that this episode will be played in theaters in addition to streaming, and it is directed by Dave Filoni. I think this episode will be a "journey through the past" where we get the appearance by Temuera Morrison as Rex during a Clone Wars Flashback, along with the young Ahsoka, and maybe some other key scenes. Huyang does mention in Clone Wars that he had manned the ship carrying younglings to craft their lightsabers for a thousand years and never lost a fight. He might have been tested against many jedi and jedi in training, so knows a wide variety of lightsaber forms with the occational fight with pirates.

VOSS! In my best Witwer impersonation. I'm not sure if it wasn't noticed or cut for time, but when Baylen is deflecting the blast from Sabine with his saber, he starts off reacting to her shots before predicting them at the end of the fight. Could be an editing error, but towards the end of the fight you can see how he moves his saber into postion before she adjust and shoots.
I had to rewatch this several times, to make sure I wasn't crazy. Baylen is a well studied and very tactically gifted person.
His stance switches/adjustments during the feeling out phase with Ahsoka were tops.

Loved this episode! That’s just Anakin’s ep3 lightsaber though, the chrome just isn’t reflecting much. You can see the silver knurled section in the middle of the hilt where the control box is. It isn’t chrome on the original prop, that’s why it isn’t dark like the rest of the hilt. You can also see the shape of the round orange colored button just below the emitter of the hilt.

I have two theories for the ending scene. First one is that this Anakin is a guide for Ahsoka in the World between Worlds, just like the Morai Owl was a guide to help Ezra. He could guide Ahsoka to a portal where maybe she sees a vision of Ezra or maybe even Kanan.
My second one is the reason the World between Worlds looks morr blue-ish and ghostly than in Rebels is because this could be the realm where Force Ghost reside. So this could be the classic situation of " You can stay here with me or go back to the real world to save your friends". Then, for example,Ahsoka could choose to go back to the real world but, to tie in the evil theme in the closing moments of the episode, Anakin could turn on her and be like " that's too bad because your staying here", Anakin reverting back into Darth Vader or the Son and Ahsoka has to duel him for her freedom.
I have a few more ideas but, to the anyone that actually sees this, they're pretty far fetched.

I believe Baylon was a Jedi Temple guard. From what we know in Rebels, the guard had yellow sabers like the Grand inquisitor so if you slightly bleed out your crystal from yellow, you’d get the orange that he has. Plus, I think he’d only know of Anakin’s fall if he was at the temple during Order 66 and saw him. He wants the power of the WBW to perhaps fix his inability to protect the temple and everyone in it.
