What's up guys?! In this video I made a countdown of my worst purchases and best purchases of 2023, along with a few honorable mentions. I spent a ton of money on DJ equipment this year so go ahead and check out which purchases I am proud of and which I deeply regret!

Great video believe me after 30 plus years in this entertainment industry you will always upgrade equipment to make this better for you and your client's. For instance in the 90's we carried records and turntables to all our events. Than we bought cd players to cdj so we brought cd books. Than we converted to serato/rane interface to finally controllers. Along the years you will strike out on certain purchases. This year my best purchases where the rane four, and the everse 8 and my sennheiser digtal mics.

Nice video Kev! Has recording/promoting your gigs with the GoPro helped with more bookings? I’m thinking about purchasing a GoPro to record some content at my gigs hoping to help with exposure.

Thanks bro !! I think getting content with my GoPro helps with exposure, especially if I’m able to capture something funny or interesting that happened that I can turn into an ig reel or TikTok but even something simple like posting a boomerang of where I’m dj’ing also keeps me relevant to people’s timelines on social media 👍🏽
