If you are facing this issue , this video is for your . I am using HP Laptop with Windows 10 operating System but steps are same for all Laptop Or Computer Manufacturer .
You need to have information about your BIOS Key.
Some of Popular BIOS Key"
Dell: F12,F2
Hp: F10,ESC
Lenovo: F1
For Asus:
press and hold the [F2] button of the keyboard, and then press the [Power button] (Do not release F2 button until the BIOS configuration display.

I have a hp envy 17in that wouldnt turn on last night, the charging port light is lighting up "went from oragne to white so it charging" but my power light comes on for 15 seconds and then off for 3 seconds back on for 15 seconds etc, i tried taking the battery out and holding power for 30 seconds, i left the battery out all night, finally got it to load a bios system but i have to be fast bc it only last for probably 30 seconds to 2 minutes. I ran a quick harddrive test it said "no hard drive installed. Please check the power and data cables are connected properly" the charging cord is the charging light lights up and changes as it chsrges as normal. Im trying to do your method but my bios system wont running long enough idk what to do to get it to besides beat time.

Thank you so much for this video. After changes at the legacy support, instead of pressing esc, I entered the pass code then I pressed enter key. That signified that I initiated the change.
I did everything until the last moment you pressed escape...then it didn't reboot, it just took me back to the same screen again???

Unfortunately there is no Legacy Support option in my HP Omen laptop boot settings.

I did everything and at the last part where you said if I see this option press escape I did and it turned off and brought me back to the Boot Device Not Found page 😭😭

Now boot options are separate, and there is no longer a Legacy Support option. What to do in this case?

I didn't solve it! I contacted HP support, and they said it was out of warranty, they didn't want to help.

Same thing happened with me but don't i can help you. First disable the legacy and then again enable it. It works and i had tried this thing.
Same happened with me, so with no hope of my laptop ever going back to its normal state, I chose another booting option UEFI hybrid. But to my surprise, my laptop started to work normally! Now I would not suggest u to do this as I chose that option for testing purpose with no hope

Hi, it won't work for me and I won't find it. I'm using an HP ProBook 11-G2 | and it won't open for me when I put esc. Nothing you mentioned will appear to me. Please can you do another explanation on the same device as mine?
To the people who didn't get through. The part where he enabled it. When you exit the bios. And come back to the black screen. Instead of pressing esc. They'll tell you to type a code and press enter.. that worked for me

Turn on your laptop.
Immediately it turns on, repeatedly tap on F10 button, and it’ll take you the BIOS setup page.
Go to “advanced” or “system configuration”
Scroll down till you find “legacy support” and enable it
After exiting the system config.. neither Esc or the CODES works for me, is there anything else that can be done

After enabling legacy support and saving changes in bios, DO NOT HIT ESCAPE. You will be asked to enter a number such as 8972, type the number which it shows and then hit enter. Problem solved.

Thanks alot . Worked for me. But in the last step do not click escape. If you read the prompt it says: "A change has been been made, if you want to save it, enter code and press enter, if you didn't make changes click escape.
You want to type the code shown on your screen and hit enter. Note that while you type the numbers you're typing won't appear anywhere.

after i get the resulting blue screen then black screen i only have the f2 for system diagnostic come up. then if i power off and on again the laptop boots like normal again but it is only
a matter of time until it eventually blue screens again
