      The total time is 8900 seconds, which we considered one hundredth of it, because if you consider the time as 8900 seconds, it takes a lot of time to solve the problem by the computer, and the time of 89 seconds does not affect the results.

    But, modeling of RC wall by Abaqus gives inaccurate results because CDP model in Abaqus cant model pinching effect in cyclic loading. I ask you model of RC wall by Drucker Prager can give accurate results than CDP under cyclic?

      I used Drucker Prager , because the Drucker Prager was suggested in this article for simulating of brick wall with mortar
      the CDP is better for simulating concrete

    Very helpful video sir. I think you have put the joint tensile and shear strength values in damage tab (tn, ts, ts). If i am right, please help me what values you have put for shear strength. As in the paper it is according to the mohr-columb criterion, . What are the final values you have put for tn, ts, ts.

      @@saeedmoeini-7abaqus in the paper it is mentioned that "critical shear stress of joints prior to failure is described by Mohr-Coulomb failure. Further it is said that the value came from columb failure criterion,i.e. (T)crit, is used to define the shear strength of masonry joint tsmax, ttmax"
      Since (T)crit depends on cohesion, coefficient of friction, and normal contact pressure. From experiment we only know cohesion and friction coefficient values and does not know the contact pressure. So how we would find (T)cric value to put in tsmax or ttmax tab.
