Hello sir. At the 10:40 mark item d states that the thickness of the equivalent diagonal strut should equal the thickness of URM but has a condition the h/t and l/t is less than 12. I'd like to ask what if we have only a thickness of say 150mm where h and l = 3m it will be more than 12, is there a condition for this intance? And if only the IS has this condition and not in ASCE or FEMA? Thank you!
