I have bought the turbo fan from another seller on Temu, at the end I did paid 25€ for a piece, i've got 2 anyway, one for work and one for home. The original offer was 44€, with the coupon was down to 25€. I have everything else already.
I can only order the soldering iron; and, even that has been a PITA. All the other items say 'a few left' but are greyed out and, when you click on them, state out of order. Sadly, Temu isn't all that reliable

Unfortunately Sorin has gone to the dark side and is no longer just on TH-cam to share his amazing knowledge with us all. He thinks he's doing us all a favour but wont listen to the feedback, the customer/viewer is wrong and Temu is amazing and is not known for people having their card details stolen as far as he's concerned. i actually have the same exact rechargeable soldering iron i got it on temu for 9 dollars and i am actually impressed by the performance of course it's for quick repair because the battery doesn't last very long and it has to be recharged but overall a great product

Came back to this video because I wanted to know the fan Sorin bought. Want one for dusting out my computers. It's still £13.17. USb cable is still £4-something. Microsocope is still £55.68. But those prices are only if you download the app. Which Temu are using to backdoor peoples phones. So it's not really worth the price unless you have a burner phone that you don't mine being hacked. Like me. ..and for anyone complaining about Temu mining data from people's phones; what do you think Amazon and GMail do? How comes every time you look up something on the Internet you get an advert on another website and E-mail recommendations for it? Because Amazon and Google are selling your data just like Temu. Temu can be hit or miss, but in my experience ( I'm bias because I used referral programs for a few grand of credit over a few months) refunds are always easy if something is broken or not as described. Prices you just have to compare with amazon,harbor freight, eBay, aliexpress, usually easy to just search and click the "shopping tab" certain things are 100% cheaper other things not so much. Local warehouse stuff is always more expensive, you have to hit see all reviews and scroll to get a good idea of quality. If you just want to get a whole kit of electronic repair stuff under $20 will get you an iron kit, flux, some components, helping hands and even solder, but might be worth buying more expensive leaded solder, Baku brand works but harbor freight solder is better. Vevor tools are a good deal on there as well usually $5-$20 below amazon , I would not buy any adhesive stick cheap stuff all that shit will fall in a week or two, led strips work good IF you clean the surface with iso alcohol and a cloth. Don't get the cheap ones for behind a TV though they reset when the TV goes off worst purchase I have made from there was that
I like you videos. This one I did sign up and look at these products using these codes and the prices were a lot higher for all of them. I've had these kinds of issues with Temu in the past, just very sketchy. As for the products they seem pretty cool. My only issue with digital microscopes is the lag between my movement and what i see on screen. That little lag in small areas drive people crazy. Everything else seemed cool, just don't expect to get that price.

I have bought dozens of tools from Ali Express and temu, most tools are good to excellent but you do get the occasional dud buying from them and that's all that matters. The complain is not about prices, is about quality and transparency, Sorin always has been known for his transparency and sincerity, he dont need expensive tool and he is quite honest when a tool is useless or a poor choice (Like the Svod). But in this couple of videos about temu everything is good, everything is super cheap, everything is a must have, it feels strange, wrong, empty. We get that Sorin doesnt get many sponsors, and the AD Revenue is poor, but this is a wrong way to do it, at least if he say this is a sponsor video or he try it to be more sincere it could avoid criticism. About that soldering iron, the battery only last about 30min if not less, the hair dryier battery also die in a couple of weeks, the microscope surprisingly looks good, but from Sorin who always say Digital Microscope sucks well...

Yeah, those kind of small but All in One, battery powered digital microscopes are pretty useful for its price. I have an unbranded one with two lights attached into the base. It is my first decent microscope, previous was one of those black USB pen cr*p. Some of those mini screen microscopes look like they are using those cheap pen shaped body USB microscopes but they are well put together. The sensors are well optimized, some of them have multilanguage options, video options and the ability to be used as webcams and card readers. The battery lasts a lot. It basically behaves like a digital camera. Very limited workspace but it does the job for inspection, monitoring hot air rework progress and seeing very short traces. I think is better to stick with those with around 7 inch screens. There are a lot of sub 100$ options.

This is the only temu tool test that was all positive, very suspicious. The screwdriver have seen a dozen times and everyone said that it very poor torque but you say it's great, suspisious.
That is the problem with electric screwdrivers. Toque and cheap bits that break after several uses. I have given up ordering cheap screwdrivers from China. They simply don't last.

A good electronic microscope, but for working with tools on boards you need stereoscopic vision , to have the depth of field, so the clasical optical stereo micoscope is no.1/ your eyes are the best "camera/microscope"
You can cheap out most tools except the microscope and the hot air. A stereo microscope with boom arm and a 1000w hot air are simply indispensable for any repair especially when working with large board. That digital microscope working space is very limited.
I dont like temu, the price management is wierd, i prefer Aliexpress, but i respect your business model and enjoy discovert product by this kind of video 👍
Is the verticale pipe of the microscope changable? With all that zoom capability it is possible to rise the microscope to increase the distance from the base, it would be easier to work under it

Sorin, I'm really worried about the distance between the microscope head and the PCB, I'm not sure it's enough to work with hot air, for longer periods and at high temperatures. Another problem is actually a question: if you connect with HDMI to the monitor or capture card, do you still have an image on the microscope screen? Thank you for bringing the downside of the microscope i got my hdmi microscope with a 0.5X objective lens and it looks just like the one you're showing you can't even see all the pins of the EC chip so a large field of view is very important for soldering big chips i wonder what lens objective you're using on your regular microscope
I would like to see the microscope used on a job. Show us how it looks to solder under. Regarding Temu. They are clearly very bad at giving their advertised discounts across the board. Seems to be luck of the user lol. But I have never had issues with anything I ordered from them. Shipping has always been good too without issue. The ads and clickbait pop-ups for discounts in the app is very annoying though. I think Sorin wants to help but the fact he is mentioning discounts but not everyone can get it makes him look bad. I think he should state the discounts, if any are country dependant.
Is it for "all" users? I can not buy it for the discount price when i used a new account from the netherlands. When i create an UK account i get the discount price, but if i want to send it to my adress in the netherlands, it switched to the normal price ;-(
Last time I made an account and tried to order soldering station, from the first minute of Sorin posting the video - did not exist. So I ordered the multimeter and some other things, to see how they operate. today 30 days passed and they wanted to give a refund or reorder. So far I am quite dissapointed with their service, we will see, I just throw some stuff into the basket, but if this will work like that.... I have much better experience with ali so far.
what country are you in? (for delivery) Temu is very kinda baity with their offers, but I've probably had like 20 orders from them always delivered in around a week to UK, including the 99p multimeter

With the microscope I'd be concerned about the *minimum* working distance. What happens if you put the laptop under without taking the board out? Can you still focus? Also, for users streaming or recording the output, does the microscope support the use of the built-in display and the external video simultaneously, or is the screen disabled when the cable is connected? This is where many manufacturers fail-they cannot conceive that users might want both.

When systems are getting complicate, it is more prone to malfunction. Try to buy analog microscope not digital. Mechanical ones are more durable than digital ones.. Try to buy as much as simple.

You dont need lots torque to bend things out of shape.. i have lidl ten euros electric screw driver and its been amazing even with low torque.

I think Sorin wants to help but the fact he is mentioning discounts but not everyone can get it makes him look bad. I think he should state the discounts, if any are country dependant.

I can not buy it for the discount price when i used a new account from the netherlands.
When i create an UK account i get the discount price, but if i want to send it to my adress in the netherlands, it switched to the normal price ;-(

Last time I made an account and tried to order soldering station, from the first minute of Sorin posting the video - did not exist. So I ordered the multimeter and some other things, to see how they operate. today 30 days passed and they wanted to give a refund or reorder. So far I am quite dissapointed with their service, we will see, I just throw some stuff into the basket, but if this will work like that.... I have much better experience with ali so far.
what country are you in? (for delivery) Temu is very kinda baity with their offers, but I've probably had like 20 orders from them always delivered in around a week to UK, including the 99p multimeter

With the microscope I'd be concerned about the *minimum* working distance. What happens if you put the laptop under without taking the board out? Can you still focus?
Also, for users streaming or recording the output, does the microscope support the use of the built-in display and the external video simultaneously, or is the screen disabled when the cable is connected? This is where many manufacturers fail-they cannot conceive that users might want both.

Exactly. Just because the irons says its 420c it does not mean the tip is. It could be a lot hotter than that or cooler.

When systems are getting complicate, it is more prone to malfunction. Try to buy analog microscope not digital. Mechanical ones are more durable than digital ones.. Try to buy as much as simple.

Sorin, I really can't believe you sold out. Temu products are not safety tested to UK standards. Their app is know to data harvest. How much are they paying you?
Chill the f out dude, not everyone can afford high end UK standard tools. Some people might want to pursue this as a way to earn money and enrich their communities but don't have the capital to start with the best. Temu is a blessing to some people cause of quick delivery and cheap shipping.

Time to say goodbye as this is the second Temu video :( I was a member paying a monthly fee for 1 year and 4 days but have now cancelled and unsubscribed. Temu is unsafe for credit/debit card details and in my experience should be avoided at all costs.
Everything from temu doesnt last. In the past you say usb c is bad yet you now advertise 240W usb c?
