I use to do a pull pork butt and homemade BBQ sauce for my ex 7 years ago. She was a nurse and would take it to the hospital for her team and they all loved me for making it for them!!! Making this meal is so satisfying and makes all you cook it for happy !

I've been following the channel for a few months now almost a year, I love all your old fashion wisdom and remedies. I also looove this recipe I worked at a bbq shop and we used to smoke brisket and pork overnight and it was oh so good now I have a recipe I can make myself and I love the puppies

We share the blessings of living in a nation where we have the freedom to celebrate as we choose. It is a holiday tradition for us to invite someone who may not have family near by to join us for Thanksgiving and Christmas. This is what the holidays mean to me. What I love about the holidays....I love family, both blood and blue, and it being a time where we can just stop, put differences aside and enjoy each others company. And when working, the knowledge that because I am working, others get to be home with their family making memories. Kent, I have to say I really appreciate you adding the first responders to your tip of the hat! While being a small gesture, its always nice to see someone who reaches into so many homes thank us. The best thing about the holidays is, because of our military service men and women, we are able to celebrate Christmas with our families the way we want to. Those men and women don’t get to do that. Best thing about the holidays is getting all my girls together with their husband's and Grandchildren. Listening to the laughter of children is absolutely the best gift God can give a person!
Plus my girls have bought my husband Kent Rollins items the last two years in a row and they love watching him guess what he is getting from your store!
My favorite thing about the holidays is being with my family and looking at christmas lights. Especially now that we have kids our oldest loves lights and get sooo excited when she sees them! we used to decorate my Oma and Opa's house each year and they were able to help the last few times, she loves the old santa light my Opa has had since my dad was little. I also love watching all our old christmas favorites which "A White Christmas" is my all time favorite.

I have several favorite memories and things I like to do during the holidays. Memories of spending time with family at my grandmothers house on Christmas Eve, watching our kids on Christmas morning, driving around town appreciating all of the decorations, and spending time with my fellow deployed Soldiers when we can’t be home with our Families.

What da wife and I love most about Christmas time is traveling to da kids in Texas (2) boys and enjoying a loving family with 12 grandchildren. Just seeing the kiddos tearing into all da gifts and watching da little ones getting all their wants from Santa. It don’t get no better Dan dat, I gurantold ya! We alternate every year eating da goodies at each boys home and partaking of da daughter-in-laws cooking. Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!

The little things like remembering it was the only time of the year my mom would set out walnuts and Brazil nuts on the coffee table and they also showed up in Christmas stockings too. The best thing about the holidays is the food, family and fellowship. We open our home on Christmas Eve to any friends who don’t have a place to go and sharing time and a meal is heartwarming. And the pups, Reese and Ravioli, are the star on the tree! Dogs make the holidays even better!

The best thing about the holidays is seeing loved ones from different places and laughing with crazy stories from the past. Seeing the joys in strangers faces when you wish them a Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukkah. Sitting down next to a warm fire drinking some coffee, tea or hot chocolate while eating some holiday sweets. Even during this dark time of Covid-19 we can still get together via computer to still cherish those good times. The holidays are at the end of the year so we can hope for a good year to come because we have learned things from the past year. The best thing about the holidays in my opinion is practicing the traditions passed down through family and allowing them to continue on with new generations. Teaching, learning and growing to allow some of the best things in life too live on. Even in one of the worst years in my life's history, I know there's a little peace and good feelings around these times and that gives me comfort and my kids comfort. Kent , you crack me up, totally enjoy your Antics and knowledge. I just bought my first vertical offset smoker and today is my first pork shoulder. So far, going great. Brought the pork up to 165° then wrapped, into the outside oven until 200° or so.
