Definitely a sturdy piece, now good for another 65-80yrs. The hardware seems appropriate for this flipped piece, especially with the more modern hammered finish. A timeless look and professionally flipped. Who could ask for more?!?

Keep in mind that a magnet only detects iron/steel. Pulls can be made of cheap brass alloys. Additionally, brass platting can cover an iron or steel alloy.

It’s beautiful. The dark stain with the cream color is lovely. The stencils are delightful and the bronze drawer pulls are perfect. This is a wonderful update to 1950s “Early American” furniture.

Very nice job. The only thing I would have changed was the hardware, but only because I despise that batwing style. The paint and stain colors you chose were perfection and the stenciling turned out fantastic.
