- Maraming nagrereklamo tungkol sa mga nakaparadang sasakyan sa daan na dumadagdag sa trapik ng Metro Manila.
Ito ang dahilan kung bakit maraming ahensya mula lokal hanggang pambansang antas ay aktibo sa clearing operations.
Pero kapag nakompronta ng tiket o tow, may ilang mga driver na hindi maganda ang reaksyon.
Saklaw ng mga di magandang reaksyon ang intimidasyon tulad ng paninigaw o pagbanggit ng mga pangalan, hanggang sa mga sukdulang sitwasyon tulad ng pagdala ng baseball bats o pisikal na pagharang sa tow truck.
Hindi ko alam ang mga pangyayari bago umabot sa ganitong punto, pero kapag nagsimulang sumigaw ang driver ng “shut the F up” sa isang naka unipormeng pulis, alam mong hindi maganda ang kahihinatnan nito.

Here in the Philippines many government officials, mainly Senators, Congressmen, and Human Rights bullcrap established by the communists, condemn the police who drag or forcefully arrest civilians disrespecting persons in authority or even endanger their lives. A good example of that would be the rescue of IP students on USC's Talamban campus. Our constitution allows the use of force when they are being disrespected, abused, or lives endangered. Some of these dumbasses will even have the police suspended or kicked out for just doing his job. It's mainly politics. It renders our law enforcement agencies least effective. Sadly, many of my countrymen keep voting for these idiots.

That's what happens when you put to much ego on yourself. The individual with his actions just humiliates himself. If he truly knows the law and if towing his vehicle is illegal. He can simply file a case against the tow company. The only problem in filing a case is it is time consuming and the cost. But regardless he should have acted sanely on this situation.
This is an example of alarming scandal and disrespecting officer in uniform. If you do that in the states, you will be arrested immediately and can detain you for 24 to 48 hours without charges
Maximum tolerance as they say it is. However it also results in abuse and disrespect to authorities.

i never even got to finish the entire thing as i personally became frustrated. i admire the officer’s patience but he’s clearly hesitant about doing his job. it’s pretty easy to put that culprit in handcuffs, arrest him for obstruction and the work could have been done for the towing crew without the drama. this officer gets a D+ at best.

Im guessing he is hesitant because he is not well trained. If the officer was well trained he would be confident enough to give clear and lawful instruction and if it isnt followed he can cuff the man for obstruction........ I'm quite the hot head as well, but I never get acting crazy when being apprehended by authority. I mean I get it when people argue their case, but stuff like this is just... I don't know. People do stuff like this as if it does anything other than worsen the situation for them.

there should have been a police officer or officers called once he raised his voice or denied the towing to finish. Unacceptable behavior that needs to be responded with immediate arrest. The government needs to step it up with actions thats needed to combat this behavior and not let this person get away with a lecture. Embarrassing for not just the dude, but the police response too.

Tinuturo niya yung kabilang barangay (Salapan) which I think kaya ayaw nila mag paparada sa barangay balong bato is literal na lagusan para sa mga iba't-ibang lugar yun. Special maraming one-way jan. Sa kabila naman ay puro dead-end. Yun ang tingin ko bakit mas priority nilang clear sa balong bato kesa sa salapan.
Amazing he was willing to be run over by the tow truck just to stop getting his car towed. If a tow bar or the ramp fell on his foot, that would cost more to fix than a parking violation...
