- Kung ikaw ay naka-ilegal parking, pinakamainam na ipakita ang iyong lisensya at kunin ang mas murang tiket kesa 'illegal parking - attended'
Kung ayaw mong ipakita ang iyong lisensya, hindi makokopya ng enforcer ang mga detalye sa tiket mo, at mapipilitan siyang tiketan ang sasakyan na unattended.
Unang pagkakataon ko nakita ang rider na ito na nanggagaling sa dulo ng kalye, nakamotor siya nang walang helmet.
Pinarada nya ang motorsiklo niya sa kalye kaharap ng kung saan nag-ooperate ang MMDA at nakipag-usap sa mga residente sa bangketa.
Matapos ang ilang minuto, sumakay ulit siya sa motorsiklo at nagpatuloy magmotor nang walang helmet.
Pagkarating niya sa bandang may mga enforcer, pinara siya.
Ayon sa rider, hindi siya nakahelmet dahil hinahabol niya ang enforcer na nagtiket sa kanya dahil sa ilegal na pagparada - บันเทิง
If you're illegally parked, it's always best to show your license and take the cheaper ticket of 'illegal parking - attended'
If you refuse to show your license, the enforcer won't be able to copy the details onto the ticket, and will be forced to ticket the vehicle as unattended.
I originally saw this rider coming from the end of the street, riding without a helmet.
He parked his motorcycle on the street across from where the MMDA were operating and started talking to some residents on the sidewalk.
After a few minutes, he got back onto his motorcycle and continued to ride without a helmet.
As soon as he reached the enforcers, he was flagged down.
According to the rider, he wasn’t wearing his helmet because he was trying to catch up with the enforcer that had ticketed him for illegal parking.
He clearly was trying to test if he could get away from getting a ticket. What annoys me is he had the gall to make it look like he was the victim when video and witnesses say he was violating the law from the start. I wouldn't want to be in traffic with that guy as clearly he'd try to argue his way out of an accident he'd be involved in.
He also intentionally didn't mention that he didn't have his license with him. Which is why he was ticketed with unattended illegal parking. Aside from the fact that he's not wearing his helmet and is on slippers.
Hey Gadget Addict, is it still illegal parking even if you did not obstruct the side walk, did not park in front of someones gate, did not park on a corner and there are no signs saying "No parking/No parking both sides"?

Trying to reason with people like him, is useless. In the first place he refuses to acknowledge that he broke the law by parking illegally. Everything else after that is him just trying to muddle the issue. Him chasing after the enforcer without a helmet or shoes is irrelevant, to him. His point is, I should not be ticketed, because it's not convenient for me. Furthermore, this ticket is obviously "anti-poor" because it is so expensive! See how his ignorance and small mindedness is overflowing? You will never get through to people like him. He REFUSES to understand. He REFUSES to follow the law. Period. Next video...
Which is why being polite to them is useless as well. Happened to me with a couple of Jeepney drivers too, stopped in the middle of the road just to wait for passengers. So I stopped beside him opened my window and asked him what the name of the street I was on (even though I know) then proceeded to ask for his name too, after which he gave me his name I just loudly said, Ha? Hindi ikaw si Tayuman? Akala ko ikaw si Tayuman eh Kasi siga ka pumarada sa kalsada akala ko tuloy pag aari mo ito. After that he just drove off coz as they say in the vernacular, napahiya na

these people never learn i hope repeat offenders are repeatedly ticketed, thats the only way they learn ,hopefully the enforcers dont pity and avoid writing out all iolations to make tickets more expensive, make them all pay all the violations

This guy is a good representation of the KAMOTE RIDER that are plying the Metro’s roads. As expected, ZERO knowledge of traffic rules.
And he expects the enforcers to let him slide because, what? He’s poor? Well if you are poor, all the more reason to avoid getting ticketed. Those things can get expensive.

The audacity to play the victim when the fault was all his in the first place. Poeple like this are the ones who think the laws are just suggestive and adds fuel to the chaos in our country. the best way for these kind of situation is that mmda/lto/all traffic enforcers must have gadget for encoding pictures,names and details of vehicle/mc, then once get caught with violation which is not severe they will encode details and photos and there violations, and give them one chance, after that once if they caught again, then they will be fined according to there violation,no more chances and explanations then it's fair for both sides, authorities can only give one chance only.

Officials should just educate these kind of motorists of the PROPER PROCESS for contesting a ticket and be done with it. They should avoid long drawn debates such as this. It's a waste of time for the officer, the motorist, and for me as a taxpayer.

That is just the part of the democracy in the Philippines and understanding the citizens over their complaint without feeling them to be scared of law enforcers! I can’t comprehend that there are motorcycle drivers that doesn’t wear helmets and some of them wear slippers. And they got caught, they still have the guts to question the apprehension or get angry. And other thing is some of them would mention names that they would talk to regarding their violation. Are these people ever gonna change?

A lot of motorist here in the Philippines are victims of their own ignorance. Nasa mali na nga pinipilit pa maging tama. Mahirap ba intindihin yung once na sumakay kana sa Motor mo e dapat naka-helmet ka and once asked para sa license e you're obligated to provide it. Nakakalimutan ata nila na Driving is a Privilege not a right.

Sa Western Countries hini-hearing ang tickets to make sure that you're innocent or deserve a much more heavier penalty, plus may point system sa kanila, if madami ka nang violations you could lose your license or be suspended. Dito kasi kahit maka-ilang violations ka e makakapag renew ka padin ng license, tapos super baba pa ng penalty. If tataasan ang ticket penalty and lalagyan ng seminars for sure mas mag babantay sa sariling kilos tong mga Kamote Riders.
