- A semi in-depth overview of the 2008 FX series Sons of Anarchy, created by Kurt Sutter. While I wouldn't call myself a big motorcycle enthusiast or fan of crime dramas in general, I still appreciate how much dedication and boldness went into creating a show featuring a set of morally dubious characters that most audiences would have every reason to dislike. While many consider Breaking Bad to be the almighty king of this subgenre (with good reason, for sure), I believe Sons of Anarchy should be just as highly praised for how it handles its complex storytelling, nuanced characters, and fitting conclusion just as much if not more so.

I find it odd that every other show of this caliber has a new video essay uploaded about them seemingly daily but this show barely ever gets brought up. It was pretty much forgotten as soon as it ended. It had its flaws for sure but there are some really impactful characters and themes throughout it that are worthy of discussion
This show and the shield too
It’s a masterpiece Imo!! Brilliant ensemble of characters all with lots of depth and complexity, great action, lots of emotional hard hitting moments, it’s writing is very consistent, and it has one of the greatest finales ever. The Shows excellent and should definitely get talked about more online imo. Great video lad🤝
I've watch Sons multiple times and it still makes me feel deeply. Tig in particular is one of the most tragic characters in the entire show, and I still cry alongside Jax when he's in the kitchen crying.
Tig and Venus… Venus keeps showing up throughout the show and one of the running gags is that Tig is actually attracted to Venus. The first several times they played it off as a joke, but then in the later seasons, they actually develop a full on relationship with each other. What’s even crazier about this is that it’s so well written that you actually care about them and you want them to be together. I actually thought the way that Tig expressed his love to Venus in the final season was really beautiful. I mean it’s crazy because it’s meant to be more of a weird relationship between them, but then the audience actually emotionally invested in it. That’s also considering that Tig and Venus was one of the side plots or side relationships that didn’t really get as much attention as some of the other main storylines and relationships. It’s crazy because it’s still manages to capture the audience.
Anything with Ron Pearlman in it is automatically top tier

Crazy show but i watched the whole thing a few times awhile back. Still i have not finished the show mayans mc but its going. Ooh also, have you seen Znation? Its a great zombie show i think you'll enjoy.
I'll have to check it out. I'm currently going through Fringe and Xena Warrior Princess.
