This one is my personal favourite, always has been. Imo it has the best soundtrack, the special stages vary and are not in one style like Sonic 1 and you can play as Tails too. I still like to play it now occasionally.
What a great game. The Master System had incredible color capabilities for an 8 bit system. So glad much of its hardware was able to live on in the Game Gear and give us more great games. I actually have the Game Gear version of Sonic Chaos and love it. Thanks for the video.
Been loving the MS coverage. Was annoyed that as a lad that Transbot couldn't ever be completed. Hope to see more games, like Gorvielius and Moonwalker etc. Cheers bud! 😎
I played this at the time and I will say visually they did try and add a lot into it to make it look like the mega drive games more and a lot more animation for Sonic himself which while it looks good in still it can cause issues when the speed pics up. Of all the Master System Sonic games though the music in this is my favourite. Was never a fan of the special stages all being different in it as they seemed more of a gimmick than anything. It was also painfully easy and I think that's why I never went back to it because once you played through it once and got all the chaos emeralds there was little reason to go back as it didn't feel as memorable as previous games.
*Which Sonic do you feel is the best on the Master System?*

@vinylated Transbot: the game with never-ending lifespan!
@gameshack1985 cost me 10 quid from Tandy lol. I think the ninja was a tenner too.

I tohught the special stages o nthe original Sonic on the Master System were really unique and they seemed exciting with the fast paced music!
If Game Sack had ever got Sean Connery to endorse them, this channel would grow like the bejeezers...
@thegreathadoken6808 How this relates I've no idea, but thanks!
Well, I'd be very concerned if a man who's been dead for four years was endorsing anything.
@@gameshack1985 It'sh okay. It'sh a shubtle connection that not everyone can shee.
@@thegreathadoken6808 If Mr Connery could come back from the dead and promote my channel, I would be eternally grateful! 😂
Further proof that you don't need "Blast Processing" to have a good Sonic game.
For sure!
Nice review! Detailed and interesting!
We left you a like, hope it helps! Have a nice week ahead too! ^_^
@@doilupi Thanks!
