They should have a passholder preview day Friday the day before park opens for all rides, and you get in line for the ride. They also have media day, and charity event. It’s really that simple. All pass holders of any kind can go and wait. It’s really stupid, because I for one can’t even buy a Cedar Point pass(cedar fair passes tied to each person and their ID) , so if I wanted to go I’d be better off right now if I had no pass at all. People can’t do anything about it, because basically they now are in control of a large majority of the US coaster parks.
Can you still get in on April 30, May 1st, and May 2nd with prestige pass? If cedar point is my home park on the passholder and I have all park passport and all season fast lane. Will dining meal plan redemptions (for example, backbeatQue) be included with my all season dining pass during these days as well they should?

It makes zero sense. The all park passport is good for any park just like the platinum pass was. We’ve used our platinum pass to get us into passholder preview days at kings island and carowinds despite cedar point being our listed home park. But cedar point is pulling this garbage.

I don't know what to say abut this but cedar fair really blew it. I mean they could have added some exclusive merch like a back pack full of top thrill 2 notepad, pen and pencil case, drink cup, a t-shirt, a top thrill 2 theme lettermen jacket they could have gone all out but they fell short on the keychain.
So here is an interesting conundrum. I have a Prestige Pass, and my son has a Gold Pass. I don’t even see an option for us to be able to go on the same day. I’ve gone over all the details a few times, and it seems like Prestige cannot sign up for any of the Gold/Summer days and vice versa.
Just my 2 cents as a guy with prestige passes and spends 4-5k there annually. I think this is totally fair. There are more people that want to ride than there are available slots. Everyone complains about the WCO lottery. Tony has been very forthcoming with how they go about these things. I've not seen anyone providing any solutions to this so-called problem, which leads me to believe that nobody could have done a better job. The simple fact is not everyone was going to be able to ride just considering CP passes alone. This is a fair line to draw.
You’re allowed to have your opinion. As for the better solution for wco, first come just serve like it’s been forever. I get that it’s becoming more popular lately but that shouldn’t punish others for it. Be online and if you get your ticket great, if not then sorry. But the passholder event just doesn’t make sense. We’ve gotten into passholder events at other parks for years with our platinum. And technically our home park was cedar point. So things don’t add up. That’s where our thoughts are coming from.

Your logic about the keychain doesn’t make sense. Coastermania was a one day thing and so if you got the keychain then why wouldn’t they still provide those keychain holders with another ONE DAY availability to be some of the first to ride TT2? Instead of criticizing the park every time you don’t like something take a step back and check whether or not your own expectations were actually reasonable.

They really dropped the ball on this which unfortunately isn’t unusual for cedar point. Their events aren’t always run very well.

Yikes. I got a refund for two dining plans last year when they got rid of all their vegan options. Best you can do is call.
