dont worry! it was a weighted bag that wasnt doing a test of the restraint system, only was there to add weight. they probably tied them in with bungee cords or something,. Theres nothing about it that indicates it would be unsafe to ride. :)
I agree with everything but the last point. The bag flying off unrestrained came off as expected and if it were a small human would fly off just like that. You can't lie about Physics given the right conditions.

Thats why they have a height requirement, those bags were small. Also, the restraint system is made to hold a human, not a bag filled with water.

There’s a reason there are height requirements. The lap bars won’t work under a set height.
they probably didnt even use the restraint system to secure them. theyre bags not people, you cant strap and lock them down the same way
