    Great video! I sometimes have cramping in the feet when doing yoga and I think doing this practice regularly might help.

    So glad I got to this practice ❤ I used cream on my feet before bedtime. So didnt get up just did it lying down. But felt really pampering❤ thank you😊 namaste

    I loved bringing so much awareness to my feet and ankles - this is a great yoga practice to compliment my usual Yin and Vinyassa practices!! Thank you

    My feet felt like ice bricks today, and this really helped. I used a bit of foot balm for the massage portion as an extra treat. I will definitely revisit this practice. Thank you! 🧘‍♀️✨

    Thanks, Paula - this is great. I really enjoyed the blend of strengthening, stretching, and massage.
    If you haven't tried it, I also love another variation of the stretch you did where one hand grabs the big toe and the other grabs the rest of the toes. The idea is the same, except rather than moving the toes, you grab and move the toe mounds themselves in opposite directions. It's been great for me.

    I just finish a marathon today and did your Yoga for Tired Legs and then followed by yoga for tired legs. Its amazing!! Was going to pop ibruofen but no need now!

    Ohhh!! I love this! It makes me feel less crazy as I have always been burning for foot flexibility and the awareness of the feet by walking, dancing and standing up. Thank you so much! The massage was wonderfully warming!
