Ingredients:
1/2 lb Pork Liver
100g Ground Pork
1 Slice Bread
1 Cup Milk
1 tbsp Minced Shallot
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Cooking Wine
1 tbsp Butter to Grease the Pan
Served with French Baguette, Pickle Carrots & Cilantro.

Yes! You can definitely substitute with chicken liver. 💕
