The noob has no mods and DLC's and isn't that good in building things in C:S. The pro is better and also uses DLC's (for example the Industries, Sunset Harbor, Parklife or Mass transit DLC) and the hacker has a modded game with all the mods needed for building a realistic Central Station

Wow, the "Noob" multi-platform impressed the hell out of me. Really shows what vanilla can do by a creative person. Even more so given no DLC is used. I consider DLC as vanilla as well. I learn more from imperatur's videos then a lot of the others. Keep these coming.
They're still fake platforms, trains do not stop at them.
Real Noob:
Having Mass Transit DLC, but putting all station into two-way road, no decorations, no pedestrian bridge, messing with bus stops & routes, railways and train routes, causing all passenger and vehicles clogged on station, and witness the chaos between each stations when people crossing roads to make a transit, then slow down the whole traffic and turned into traffic jam, then all passenger lost patience as the bus stuck on traffic and rather go out and spawn their own car, which makes traffic even worse, then the traffic nightmare loops endlessly...

I sometimes make two streets with like 12u space between and place station on both. It looks nice and tracks are close so it's easy to do switches and stuff

I actually like the 'noob' design as a regional train platform. It wouldn't take many workshop assets or even DLC assets to greatly improve its appearance. Even with just two-stops, it can do an effective job connecting a couple of lines at least with busses or trams. It reminded me a lot of the Amtrak station in Albany. NY, actually!
To solve the problem of only two stops, you could just place another train station next to it, mirrored so both platforms meet in the middle.
To be honest, this actually teaches players that play on consoles how to build cool things since you can't download mods on a console.. i might subscribe cause I'm thinking about buying cities skylines.
If you are, buy it off of steam and not Microsoft store. Because Microsoft store has no mods for cities skylines

I just recently did a transit build that looks very similar to the modded version. I put the tram Stations next to the sunken metro though and did elevated pedestrian paths. I added an intercity bus terminal in between the end of line train station and the metro. It Works well. I opted for landscaping instead of plazas but I think the plazas look great! Your videos are really inspiring. Thank you for the content!

What Noob does: Uses the base-game train station and creates the image of more platforms.
What Pro does: uses the multi-platform train station from the mass transit dlc
What modder does: uses the glass box transportation hub from the Train Station content creator pack.
What I do: Look for a big and beautiful train station in the steam workshop for half an hour.

One question though: how did you shifted the Opera building a little at 5:57 - 5:58 without mods? I learned the trick from another video where you can place the building next to a wide road, then downgrade the road and the building will remain 1 block away from it and still functional... but here is not the case, it's already next to a wide road. How did you made it?

This Build video was really useful for a Rail Entusiast like me 😃 . I liked second build so much. As it features a sunken train junction station. And the idea from 1st build is so great, to make fake platforms to make a bigger looking station. And third build is on next level. Love u . Keep it up
Very nice. An enormous hub in the middle of a city ❤️ For smaller traffic I like to put two vanilla stations together, one in reflection to the other for intercity and one for local train traffic with double cargo in the middle.
I like how Noob is miles above Noob. Decorated manually made bus terminal? Elevated pathways with good spacing and simulating multiple platforms? STRAIGHT PARALLEL TRACKS CLOSE TOGETHER?

I think word ,,Noob" even fits my extremely low level I present - my railways always look terrible, and my stations are always in such an angle, that it's just painful to look at it from the distance. Of course, my Metro and Monorail tracks don't look any better.

I love this central hub. It would complement good with a ferry hub when I build it coastal.
I could foresee myself using all 3 in different applications. The noob edition in a Suburban neighborhood minus the monorail and metro substituting with a couple of bus stops and a tram.
I could see myself using the pro edition in an airport area or major college campus.
And I could see myself using the modder edition in central downtown with a ferry port and a monorail system.

Another difference comes to mind.... Players who don't want to just build a model but need to adjust their transport to a growing city. I once had to expand the train metro moNorail hub gradually, growing it to a 4 train platform , 3 metro station and 3 monorail line monster with tram exit and through train tracks without blowing up half my city in the process... That was a challenge ;)
In the pro variant would have used the Bus-Monorail hu though. I'd love to have Intercity Bus and Sightseeing bus functionality for it.
all three Stations looks great, I think I have to build all of them in different districts of my city.
It would be nice if you could start a series with the goal to build a beautiful and funktional city as well as build as much on the map as you can. ( Kinda dumb, I know lol)

I think you show people a lot of things they can do with vanilla and DLC assets, but I also think you could have gone away from the CCP stations on your modder version and gone even more custom. Still, great vid.

Very cool constructions, but my biggest pet peeve is that all the different elements in the last hubs are disconnected by big streets. Could those not have been avoided? Like to get from the trains to metro, you have to cross a massive street with lots of traffic, that is no fun.
The actual stop should be on the branchline so that trains skipping the station can do so on the main line.

I noticed that the modder station doesn't showcase the full features of the mods used! Although it looks nice, I noticed not much attention was paid to the specific assets that were used (the actual train station component was rather neglected!) so it looked nice on the outside, but the station itself looked pretty plain.

welp am actually a noob with a white hand , but i know a better way to build it ( 2-4 train stop ,4 bus depot with 2 buildings , 2 grounded metro, 2 underground metro ,2 lifted metro depot ) , also if you want you can also add a container train stop , a Containter port & 2 Ferry port and an airport . Of course included a park and some commercial buildings . The only problem that is will cost around 1 million money .

Only the big bushes can be placed super close to one another.

I think that you should be using Node Controller Renewal.
Trying to get to Pro in terms of function. The looks always falter between forgetting to plan for such large plazas and trying to build up enough population and income to justify such an extensive transit setup.
Maybe I need to find maps with more open space.
