Your mini docs are so well done. You really understand coverage which means you’re thinking about the final product. You’ve made what is basically a quiet camping trip into something thrilling and captivating. I’m not completely sold on Bigfoot but I watch tons of Bigfoot videos. You're producing some of the best content in the field. There are so many videos like this but your personality and filmmaking skills elevate these to a whole other level. Really REALLY enjoyable. Keep it up man!!

Yeah. Keep watching. They are real. Only saying that as i live out as far as u can go in mullumbimby mountains australia. Nsw. & we hav an elusive yowie that will run beside ur car in bush & u can hear it stomping across th small creek causeways. It followed me home after a forest party & when i stopped, it stopped? Very secretive creatiures but they are there & when u live out in th hills, u become sensitive to noises & activity outside at night, our property goes along an animal migration trail & we get all sorts of snakes & animsls running past & through our house. Pretty amazing footage in these vids. Mx

I used to live in the area quite a few years back. Beautiful country
What I have learned about Sasquatches is that like every other species, there is the nice curious one’s & then there’s the not so nice that don’t want man in their territory. Not to forget the unpredictable black & brown bears, and then the grizzly. So yes, you are taking a huge risk in going alone.

You were traipsing around in my backyard... From where I live, I can get to the areas where you were at in about 30 to 45 minutes. I was born and raised in this area and have traversed all of the mountains and valleys, both on foot and horseback, quad, and snowmobile multiple times over the past 50 years. Back in the 60's and 70's, my father was a prison guard at Nordegg and was also a hunter/trapper. My whole family are avid outdoors people to one degree or another. The land I live on, was part of my father's hunting and trapping grounds, which were originally purchased by my great great grandfather in the 1880's.
Back in the late 60's (1968 I believe), I remember my father coming home from work one day and he was talking to my mother, sister's, and myself about some big news that was going through the area. Construction on the Bighorn dam was about to start and there was a small crew of tradesmen at the site. They were doing some prep work for the main construction of the dam. While one guy was working away, he had noticed up about 200' on southern wall of the river's canyon, a large, dark coloured creature was sitting on a small ledge and was watching them. At first he thought it was a bear but it was sitting like a human would. The worker watched it for a bit when the other tradesmen noticed their coworker staring up at something, they also seen whatever was sitting up on that ledge, for almost an hour. Then it stood up and that was when everyone realized, that was no bear. It had a human-like shape and was covered in very dark fur.
When it stood up, it was standing next to some spruce trees and had grabbed the trunk of one. Then shortly after it turned around and in a matter of seconds, climbed to the top of the ridge and walked out of sight. It was never seen again.
One of the workers climbed up to the spot that the creature had been standing and had grabbed the spruce. The worker stood in the spot and the guys were able to estimate that the creature was between 12 to 15 feet in height.
Over a span of about 5 to 7 years, there were a bunch of sightings in the area. No one in my family has ever seen any unknown creatures or heard anything and we have been over every square inch of the Nordegg area, multiple times.
However, the Blackstone area, where you were at, is the one and only spot where my father and I seen something that we could not and I still cannot explain.
Mid November in the early 80's. My father and I were hunting in the Blackstone area. There was quite a bit of snow on the ground and it had snowed the night before. My father spotted some tracks. They were made less than an hour before we got there. They were huge and in a similar shape to a human foot print. My father and I know every animal's tracks that live in those mountains and valleys and we could not identify what made these prints. I've seen bear tracks where the bear has a slight offset to where it's hind paw print is in relation to it's front paw print, which makes both prints look like a large human foot print but the size of these prints would have meant that the bear would have been larger than a polar bear.
The other main mystery was that the prints just started in the middle of nowhere and after about 150 yards, the just stopped right in the middle of a small clearing. No trees, no nothing. Never seen my dad spook before but that was enough for him to call it a day and we turned around and went home. We avoided the area for a couple of years.
Other than that, I've never seen or heard anything that I wasn't familiar with.
I have friends on the Sunchild, O'Chiese, and Bighorn that all have had personal experiences or stories of relatives who had experiences but most of them were decades past. I think there was something like a family unit of some sort in the area at one time, but like all animals, they either move on or eventually grow old and die. There was a lot of dense forest in the area to hide in back in the day, but increased logging and human habitation in the area has changed a lot of animal's habits.
With so many sightings and alleged interactions over the decades, I don't know if I should be grateful or offended lol.
I'd be wary of modern day stories because there are locals that do things to scare people away from the area. It's because there has been a steady increase of human activity such as camping, hunting, etc. and it is increasingly doing damage to the local environment and those of us who live out here, do so because we want to be away from civilization. So a few spooky stories and some carefully planned theatrics have been done in recent years. It's already risky enough for getting shot during hunting season so I don't do it myself and I wish they would stop pulling that crap because is going to get someone hurt one day.

If bear spray stops a charging bear, then it was most likely a bluff charge.

I was so excited to see another one of your Bigfoot videos this week Mike so thank you so much! A great deal of work must go into making your films and I so appreciate it. I also love your choice of music. It really fits the mood for each one very nicely. I love the one that you use often as the opener song. I think I’ve heard it before but I just love it. The atmosphere in this one was intense. The thunder was your constant companion. Someday I wonder if I’ll see a creature peek out from behind a tree as you walk by! I’m always relieved for you in the morning when the sun comes up and your tent is still intact! I used to think tree structures were rather silly but I have seen enough now to see when they are interesting and look like they have been put together for a reason and not random deadfall.

I agree on "stick structures" my friend. Waaayyy too much emphasis put on those & "tree knocks". Absolutely zero evidence to link the two to anything. Jesus or aliens could have most definitely be responsible for either anomaly. Also, I believe you may have answered a question that you asked early in the vid. IF BF were in the area you were in, they would definitely had known you were there, correct? If so, why in the world would anyone have to bang on trees with sticks or hoot, hollor & scream in the woods. IF they are there, they'll let ya know . Act like any other credible witness acting like a hunter, camper hiker or fisherman. Never understood all the extracurricular stuff.Really enjoyed your content. So refreshing to not have mindspeaking, shapeshifting portal hopping & orbs, aliens & nephelim crapola shoved down our throats. Keep up the good stuff. New England here.

I myself have had a weird experience in that area, back before I messed up my knee, I would hike and fish in that area. But those tree breaks can explained, because the snow in that area is extremely heavy, and it can get extremely cold, the tree structures, are the parts that would interest me.
My experience was in the March/April, went ice fishing around Nordegg, and constantly felt like I was being watched, and something very heavy hit the cabin we were staying at one of the nights. Hit so hard it rattled pictures on the wall. It was one of the first nights we were out there, so I started googling and that’s when I found out what the area is known for, other than some fantastic hiking.
There is a lot of activity around Ram River Falls, stones being thrown at campers.
The structures near the end look like they were built to force game in a certain direction for hunting.

    hey heyyy dude 👋🥸..
    6:30
you are talking about the noise a Lynx an Bobcat makes well, they are the same so there isnt much difference lol...
but, i must say.. when i was a young kid an following my grandpa through the woods for weks at a time eating nothing but the animals we trapped
and the fish we caught, there is one sound i swear to god gave me nightmares for the entirety of my young life up till my early 20s..
its hearing a rabbit that is caught in a snare.. sometimes they dont die right away an just get stuck an when they hear us coming up the trapline..
they scream like there is a baby using a megaphone and it pierces the deep forest quietness...
just thiking of it now, remembering the experience as i type it im getting goosebumps, an the hair on the back of my neck is standing up...
im sure ill have nightmares of it again for a few days after deep delving into my sub-conscious to remember this story...
this was awesome dude an if i may, give you some advice...
and it matters not if you believe in spirits of the forest but the fact of the matter there is something out there...
next time you are alone an go out in the woods like this, bring a pouch of tobacco ..find a place where no one will step on an take a good pinch of
tobacco and place it under the ground... it is just a gesture of respect... things will go better for you on your trips, trips like this one into the woods, alone ...
    ill guarantee that one 😎👍..
well thx for sharing your excursion here an ill see you on the next one ..
and above all, stay safe out there dude..
Buh Bye from Central Canada 👋🤓

I recently saw a video where two bull moose had gotten stuck on each other somehow. The smaller one had ended up on the ground and was being pummeled by the larger moose's hooves. Every time the moose was being hammered on, it yelled in pain and it sounded similar to a man yelling in pain. If I heard that in the woods, I'd genuinely be terrified to move towards it. I'd be wondering if someone was torturing someone in the woods or a grizzly was eating someone alive.

Enjoyed your video. People calling wind or naturally fallen trees “structures” is quite a stretch. Over time they can accumulate to quite a variety of jumbles.
Last summer I backpacked in northern Colorado and kept hearing a fairly soft but eerie howling. Then I realized it was a gentle wind blowing through a stand of dead trees killed by a fire several years earlier. It seems when we’re alone in the wilderness for a while we become more attuned to unfamiliar but natural sounds around us.

I know exactly where you are Mike! I know that whole area; and i had my experience with the big guy quite a few times! It’s definitely a site to behold. Just stay still and calm; hopefully you have ghillie suit with you. Mask your scent. You will come across structures in there. But you have to stay at least a month or more.

I got the chills when you were out there in the dark. You're a lot braver than most people. I know I wouldn't have done that. Especially in grizzly country. Beautiful scenery, too. Now I've got to go back and watch them all. 😉

I watched your blue mountains video this fall while camping along hwy 40, alone. That was enough to spook me then. Now, I'm planing a 500 km bikepacking trip along that highway from Hinton to Canmore. Hopefully I don't run into them on my bike.
Excellent documentation & research. I love how you don't just say everything you find must be bigfoot. The lynx calls were very interesting. How many people just say, "must be bigfoot," and make a big deal about it, when it's explainable.

33:52 I know what you mean in a place like that where there could be a few explanations for the tree structures. But I have seen them close to the town I live in with trees that are too heavy for a person to carry and no reason for anyone to pick up a tree and place it across a walking trail. In the area I also saw definite prints in the snow, my dog sensed something I couldn’t see and wouldn’t move for almost 10 minutes and I also saw the being from the mid torso up. You don’t need to go to the middle of nowhere, they show themselves to you, people can’t find them unless they choose to show themselves. Btw I live in central Alberta and I know the area you’re in very well.

I definitely think you'll see/film one if you keep at it! They’re probably so rare. I hope to see you keep posting too so we know you're safe since you do this alone. Also, those Lynx sounds were incredibly haunting. Great video, prints, and tree structures! Maybe they make certain structures to be creative, while others look territorial. I’ve heard some people say Sasquatch are less active certain times of year. I’m not sure, but that place is incredibly squatchy and it would be cool to see you go back!

Dammnnn you are one brave man walking through Alberta wilderness at night by yourself. Oregon, California, Washington, most of Idaho no problem, still spooky yes but Alberta is another level of scary, like 10/10. Alberta has lots of Grizzlies. Remember the Grizzlies far from the coast are the aggressive ones, they don't have the ocean/beaches to feed from, the nicer weather for more berries, grasses etc and salmon to feed from.

I'm pretty impressed with the videography you do. Very reminiscent of how Les Stroud does his videos. It takes alot of effort to make good videos by yourself by setting up the cam, walking past, picking the cam back up. Nice work. It shows in the end product.

I mean just making a video of these beautiful scenes with the haunting music but without any talking or dialogue. It would be perfect for doing meditation or just relaxing.

PLEASE consider bringing an audio recorder with you and use it when you go out on your night ops AND when youre sleeping. I cant tell you how many possible Bigfoot sounds/activity you might be missing. I recommend getting a TASCAM. Any kind of digital recorder can work, but TASCAMs have very good quality and it's my main audio device (besides, a parabolic). Parabolics are excellent too.

The whistling is a dead giveaway that they are there , close and more than one of them. You hear the whistling, they will wait you out, but eventually one will explore your camp. I have had that exact scenario repeat itself several times.
You should check out the Mckenzie river valley in oregon.
