- What an Experience being able to be driven around by Kevin in this Beast of a Car at the Manthey Trackday on the 23rd of October. I was straight up smiling the entire week afterwards. well there are enough ex f1 drivers who compete in gt series and arent exactly succesful doing so. There are exeptional talents in every series which could compete in various cars and go for a win. Liam Lawson for example came second in the DTM and was quite succesful as backup driver for alpha tauri. Judging by your logic, every American Football player would also be succesful in rugby because football is more famous. @@danielsoto_toronto

Insane. Track looked wet and he was full send, checking on the passenger and pointing out how fast they were going. I would totally do this, and admittedly probably be sh*tting my pants the entire time (figuratively) , but still enjoying it. Thank you for sharing!!

I almost felt the g-forces as if I was his passenger. The funny part is the feeling is ten times more intense when you’re actually next to these guys. I rode in an Audi RS4 with Tanner Faust on the Road Atlanta track years ago and I will never forget it.
The way this thing rotates in the corner entry is mesmerizing.

Kevin is a most skillish gt driver in the world and my favorite! This 911 looks more stable and solid on the track, but more boring against past one in previous video with amaizing lap😅

Seine Race-Performance ist umso erstaunlicher , da er sehr viel nur mit Drehmoment fährt...vor allem am Kurvenausgang...clever...bei kalter oder nasser Strecke...seine Einlenkpunkte sind allesamt aus dem Lehrbuch...alles sehr sauber und rund gefahren...Geschwindigkeitsüberschüsse synergetisch genutzt...da kann man nichts mehr besser machen...der Mann kann sich nur selber schlagen...P.S.. außerdem...das Pedal rechts ist sein bester Freund...
Hast du super beschrieben. Er hat einfach das Talent und die einmalige Mentale Fähigkeit und das macht ihn zu dem wer er ist. Liebe seine taktischen Überholmanöver...erst ablenken und dann Zuschlagen. Grandios und unschlagbar 😊
Kevin Estre hat das Auto verstanden und den Nürburgring...ein Mega -Vorteil vor allen anderen Fahrern...

Funny, I was a passenger in the blue 4RS at the beginning taking a lap with a friend of mine :D
They changed to a different 992 RS because the first one had a little mishap at Flugpplatz first lap in the morning when it was crazy slippery out there. Wasn't actually going that quick on these laps given the speed level at a MR track day but considering he had to do it all day and they were already a car down certainly plenty fast and a great experience.
It also looks like he was losing the tyres about half way through the lap, what looks to be fairly significant understeer in some of the slower corners? Overheated tyres or tyres that have gone off?
@craigc8682 They were lapping the car all day so likely tires were about done on this lap yeah
@@craigc8682 car is set up to understeer, also it was the last lap before it started raining and one of the last laps of the tires being used. so all these factors came into play. wouldve been a sub 7 btg if it wasnt for the 997gt3rs at pflanzgarten though

Black 997 GT3 at the end was annoying blocking for so long with at least 2 opportunities to let you though (downhill before jump, and on the right/left before the next drop). Those drivers seem to be at every track day.
You'd be hard pressed to believe he's not in a cup car.
That 997 ruined one of the best part of the track! get our of the way...
