I would take any model 1970 Chevelle SS, but whether the LS6 car is a 1000-point show car winner or one like this version I'd still drive it and enjoy it as Chevrolet originally intended. The only time the car would sit in a building is when it was not being driven. I wouldn't hang on to it for too long though; I'm sure there is at least one other person who would want to properly drive and enjoy the car as well.

if u guy's sell this as a L.S. u can get sued this is just a ss 454 that is all it is . one problem u guy's got is L.S. never built a bb in history they did put a L.S. 6 454 small block and a L.S. 7 427 small block in the chevelle ss . but u can't go by the # because they used the same car just switched it out with the L.S. engine witch this doesn't have one . learn ur shit before u make videos .not only that they only built a few of them but yet there are 1000's of them on the net do u see the problem here
Patrick, is there a way to find out what was the original block serial number when the car was born?
She shut her own hood and said let's go! Haha can't wait until my 70 Chevelle is ready
Haha I saw this for sale on Craigslist. My jaw dropped when I read the description.
Alright.... AllRight... ALLRIGHT!!!
Beautiful car, does need the black interior put back in it though.
beautiful resto
The hood closed by itself. Must be Christine's cousin. Beautiful Car. Too bad the original drivetrain and interior are gone.
Ohhhh, this is the color combination I had on my 70 Chevelle SS. Mine was a TH400 with buckets and it was the 350 HP 396(402). Later I installed a 375 Hp motor.
I sure wish I still had it.
Did u live in Muskegon MI
Sweet car!
anybody else notice the fuel gauge donsnt work
I see on the door panels emblem it says Malibu, is that normal for the LS6?
yes
@@jeffjekkel5433 This is NOT normal. All LS6 cars, early build or late build had proper SS panel emblems.
@@linchilger4229 WRONG, you are digging up tired old debates. so uninformed OMG? are u seriously this un informed?
correct bench seat shifter?
Don't worry about the price. Cars like this are heading across the Atlantic. He will get the money, and the car will get a boat ride.
Van guard motor sales just posted a 70 chevelle with matching numbers L78. Blue also, said was Misty Blue, I think he said code 34. Said it was a rare color. Check it out.
Nice car, did all LS6's and LS5 454 cars with 4sp come with the M22 ?
Yes. The m21 can't handle that much torque/hp.
One thing we all knew when barret Jackson was brought up rather the guy was going loose alot of money or its still going to be priced through the roof. But it is a very very nice car
Did you say the original engine, transmission and rear end are missing? And that gets you into the registry with an asterisk huh? Let me know if I am hearing that correctly please...
Bet it sold quickly!
Thatd a good looking car its not over restored it looks like it could be a survivor atleast on video it does. Thats the perfect car for date coded drivetrain or leave it a drive the shit out of it
Does anyone know the name of the guy that designed the looks of the 1970 Chevelle?? Whoever he is, he should be given a star on the Walk Of Fame for genius design. The best looking muscle ever. Nothing before or after ever matched the 1970 Chevelle.
Thank you
Would you except window sticker price?
Nice car, sounds like a beast
I got a low mileage 1970 LS6 chevelle 4 speed and very rare 755 electric bench seat car with 26,000 miles. 800 cfm carb aluminum intake. 11.25 compression. Daytona yellow. O2A Atlanta built duel fuel line. All T3 headlights to. ZL2 cowl induction. Electro tip washers to....M22 tranny. AS4 REAR shoulder harness. Never sell it my 13 granddaughter wants it.
I have a 70 Malibu, but I also have a 70 396/402, 70 bucket seats, a 70 SS dash, and a 70 hood. Trying to decide on doing a "recreation". Would be painted 70 Forest Green Metallic to go with the green interior.
Just gorgeous my muscle car dream
White gut looks good
Really needs to have all matching tinted glass. Black interior kit too then it would really have the look.
Looks like it was a factory a/c car that they did a delete on. This thing needs a LOT of asterisks beside it.
