Hey there :) I would advise on the Jimny over the Samurai mainly because of the coil spring suspension. The leaf springs on the give you a bad ride comfort. In fact, the owner of the Samurai in this video is currently making a conversion to coilovers, but that's a very expensive and difficult procedure.
Hey :) At first, I've cut the arches and bumpers just enough to clear the tires, but in time I noticed the sides (the 4 angles) of both bumpers started to get caught up frequently. It's much better to cut them, especially when approaching an obstacle from the side.
Cool video, keep up with the great work!
Thanks, more coming soon :)
Excellent video, very good video editing and history story
Glad you enjoyed it!
Bravo! Très intéressant. Culture, histoire, aventures.
Merci!
Great video, Georgi! Really liked the footage and the whole atmosphere ! :)
Well, thank you :) thought, it wouldn't hurt to try making a video
@@The4x4Lab Totally. It makes me wish I did this too :)
Hi there. Amazing video, just curious to what you have used for the rear wheel arch liner replacement? Thank you and very good channel, keep it up 👍
Thank, James.
Well, it probably isn't the best possible solution but I decided to wield a 1.5mm steel sheet to the inner side.
Georgi Kandilarov AH nice! I was thinking about using some rubber matting?!
Nice Video, what size of tires are those on the blue rig? thanks
I was running 30/9.5R15 by the time of this video.
I have found a better size since then... 😉
Very nice car you have made.Cannot decide on which car to buy, a jimny or a samurai. Is it the samurai better offroad than a Jimny?

I have seen your previous videos and you dont have the front and rear bumper cut like that. Did the tyres catch or did you do this for better angles?

Which one better for offroad ?
Jimny is more comfortable, Samurai is more capable
