- Here is my take on the essential 4x4 car camping gear that you actually need to get out and be comfortable for at least a weekend.
This list of camping equipment can be upgraded and expanded but this guide shows what I believe you really need to get started.
It all fits at the back of a small 4x4 like the Suzuki Jimny so it is super compact and perfect for two people.

You should be "minimalist" with the Jimney anyway :) I really like the bulb idea :)
Eventually, we all get a good battery because of the winch. If it's enough for the winch, it's also enough for the bulb :)

Because of you I started looking for an offroader and Jimny was my first choice, but then I change my mind to Grand Vitara 2.0 petrol from 2004 (because I needed more space inside) and started to change most of the parts inspired from your videos. Thank you sir !
I also started out with a 5 door Vitara! I just wanted better offroad performance and opted for a solid front axle :)
