Unfortunately you omitted any discussion of an important aspect of the "adjustment" feature of the Easylink bracelet....the micro-adjust slots inside the clasp! With any small spring bar tool, you can depress either side of the interior spring bar (the one inside the clasp that secures the link to the clasp) and slide the interior half-link forward or backward (depending on its existing position) a slot or two, increasing or decreasing by a few additional millimeters the bracelet length to achieve an even better fit. (Relying solely on the pull-out half-link inside the clasp, to the exclusion of the sliding capability, gives you only half the adjustment potential.) Discussion of this important added adjustment feature appears to have been completely omitted in the video (or did I just miss it?)
does the watch have a regular micro-adjustment, The easy link looks nice but thats a full half link. shouldnt it be able to adjust by 1 mm like most watches too.
@@jdswdew I think if you purchased this from an AD they will almost certainly help you, probably complimentary as well! Even if you didn’t I would still go through the AD, can’t see there being much of a charge… let us know how you get on…
@@bullionseconds No there isn't actually. You have the easy link which gives you 5mm to play with and then you also have three micro adjustments on top of that. How are you making a video on this and not know this? lol
@@bullionseconds Yes indeed, i have the batgirl and the pepsi, bluesy and a james cameron but i'm hoping my AD gets me a Daytona ghost on the oysterflex this year.
@@seiko_monster_legend nice collection you have done well! I’ve got Pepsi oyster in mind and really want to see the Datejust 41 mint dial, feel it was one of the best releases this year!
You can’t break it, it will simply pop out… just make sure it’s not already popped out. To pop out hold the end of clasp with one hand and pull the bracelet away, usually pushing the clasp away with one finger does the job
I have a two tone 41mm date just it doesn’t have that clasp thing. I seriously can’t figure it out. Mine is just a littleeee looser than I like..essentially, raise my left hand it will come down a little.. I want mine more right to the wrist.. is it because it’s already shortened ? I’m sry I’m an idiot I know
@@bullionseconds thank you so much. I think I may have got it. It’s a little better now I can feel it. U can only do the adjustment once right? It won’t go more in after one adjustment click? It’s almosttttt to how I want it. It dangles a slightly less down my wrist; not all the way down the forearm anymore if I were to raise up my left arm. . Mayb just another half a centimeter but it’s okay I think. thanks a lot for ur help !!

Thanks this has already been highlighted in the comments but thanks for the in depth detail got the viewers
This is what I needed!
Just got my datejust yesterday and it was a little tighter today. This was what I needed. Worked great. Thank you.
Can you help me with my date just 41mm

There is the 3 pin hole adjustment option which requires a tool.
GMT however does not have the Glidelock as found on the Submariners.
@@bullionseconds thanks
Should I buy watch tweezers to adjust the micro ? Or take to Rolex ad
Perfect, thank you! Just got an explorer today (yay!), but it was a little big. Love this feature!
Has the daytona also that adjustment? looks like but i dont wanna make something wrong?
Yes Daytona uses this as well!
Thank you so much for this!!!!!!!!
Excellent tutorial! Many thanks.
I have the same watch an need an additional screw for my bracelet. Any idea where to buy one online?
Screw or link?
@@bullionseconds screw, it’s the one that screws into the bracelet clasp so it’s a little smaller than a link screw.

straight to the point thank you
Works very well in Explorer II
are there only 2 levels of adjustment?
Yes there is. Only the glide lock is variable which is found on the models like the submariner.

@@steelsteez6118 True that slipped my mind! I even had the micro adjustment made and then reversed 🤦🏽♂️
Can't get mine to come apart
How many total links are there on the jubliee bracelet of gmt master 2 ?
24 links (including the end links and including two of which are half links).
Saw your instagram photo wearing this watch
Date just 31 has it too?
Excellent and 2 beauties there. I'm lucky to have a few also. Nice job
Thank you. I feel the tables have turned and over the last 12 months a lot prefer the CHNR over the BLNR now
I have done a comparison video of the 2, feel free to check it out!

@@bullionseconds and honestly it’s kind of a heavy watch. So another adjustment to make it tighter might be uncomfortable
There are three different holes the slide can get into this isn’t the adjustment for that
Is this standard on all jubilee bracelets ?
For the current line yes… I have the same on my Datejust model
thank u
