My biggest take away from this video is what a beautiful hearted individual you truly are. Thank you. I found them all helpful and you could apply this video to any health condition. Stress from overwhelm and paddling upstream, are so bad for us and i appreciate the reminder that it is not what we do but HOW we do it . Sometime, we cant get there from there, and we need reminding of this truth. Thank you Toby, you are one in a million.

Thank you for the video. Creating boundaries with my family and friends was a helpful lesson for me. I had a discussion with family regarding my capacity, I warned them that I won’t be able to recover if I don’t change, and they eventually listened because they want me to recover. But, it was hard and I felt guilty for having needs 😂

Thankyou Toby…This “overwhelm” and “fighting with /against myself “is definitely what keeps holding me back….

Might be controversial but for me going on anti depressants whilst watching you’re videos helped me get so much better and nearly back to normal

Not what you do but how you do it
I don’t fear any activity anymore, avoiding is not the way out

I used to think that I had to avoid everything I loved to do, that only made me worse. That quote I heard you say helped me so much. Not what you do but how you do it :)
