Gerber - MP600: Review of a Multi-Tool I've used for several years.

I'm giving my old guy opinion of the MP600 that I've used for several years.
Gerber sent it to me when my older suspension pliers developed an issue. However, I've been using this pretty solid for about 4 - 5 years and found some pros and cons.
The question is: If I had to buy this today, would I consider it to be a good buy?

I keep one of these in my truck. Very useful. Gerber is a great company, in my experience. I carry a Leatherman Super Tool for EDC. I like them both.

I replaced the lanyard ring on mine with a SOG saw. Had to do a bit of grinding to reprofile the SOG saw. I read about doing this on some site who's address I can't remember off hand.

For the price it’s an ok tool. Does the job. I keep one as an EDC

MP600 isn't the best but it's iconic.
