    Albeit needs update remodel in kitchen and bathrooms. To offset that, the real bonus is the rooftop deck! Most of us North Americans are dog owners, and it appears to be very dog friendly, unlike so many "privadas" in the Bahia Banderas. If you want to do a video on the most dog friendly "privada", take a look at Lomas del Sol in Nuevo Vallarta. Most rents there go for around 1100 dollars per month, includes it's own exclusive fresh well water.

    Nice to see a M2M flashback Joel. I've always been curious what a condo in Terralta looked like. As a property developer you know that getting access to gated communities, to see and compare architectural design difference's can be challenging. You gotta know someone to get in. This lifted the veil on the 'Alta's'. Muchas gracias desde Canada.

    Terralta means earthenware. I’ll admit I didn’t know that either until I translated it.

      Yeah, I'm not sure it's a very common word anymore, but it is interesting. It's along the same lines as Terracotta.

      @@bucerias_Joel Every day heavy rain , terrible heat and humidity . It is worse than Panama and Florida. I left after 10 days, it is unbearable, I didn't want to leave my hotel in the day time and I am from Las Vegas ! But we don't have humidity in Vegas. I was shocked. But maybe for somebody it is amazing.

    I've seen several of your videos. I love what you're doing. I can't help but notice, and I have to ask, not trying yo be ugly or offend you, but what's with the purse? Is that a trend there?

      @@AlexLira-wy8um once you go purse there’s no going back;) years ago my wife bought me a traditional Huichol bag (purse). It’s typical for Huichol men to use and “wear”. That being said, not many dudes using the “purse” as I do unless they are Huichol.

      Really dude? It’s a satchel! They are very popular in larger cities especially near Guanajuato (often referred to as the leather capital of the world) so leather goods are very popular in those regions.

    Hey Joel! What's your guess on the peso? I'm waiting to " pull the trigger" to exchange some u.s. dollars to mx. Sit tight a few more days or weeks?

    • @bucerias_Joel
      @bucerias_Joel  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hola... if it closes the week above $18.50, which I think it will. it will likely start a move toward $19.50. that is a spot where I will be buying some more pesos. There will be continued volatility in the markets, which will strengthen the $. There is also a will to take the steam out of the peso to make it more competitive. Those in the know have told me that in a perfect world, they would like to see it average $20.50. I am still long-term bullish though. There is likely a bigger stock market correction coming before the election, and that could have some super short-term negative impact on the peso.. I would love to get back in at 22 - 24, which I believe is possible. All that said, buying a bit now and then at $19.50 and $20.50 and loading up if there is a flush... it would be difficult to go wrong
