Card Karma yes, it does. If you care for the rules behind it: "enters the battlefield tapped" is a replacement effect that effect how the land enters the battlefield. Blood moon only affects land that are on the battlefield, which means the land still enters tapped.
The recent rules update states that every land enters as a basic mountain does (normally and untapped disregarding paying life, returning lands to your hand, paying costs, etc.)
James Ollerhead used the Serum Vision as a Preordain instead of its correct use in game 2 the turn he played 2 visions in the same turn. It may not be intentionally cheating but it looks spooky to me.
If WoTC didn't suck and would reprint the OG duals we would have more players playing legacy.. Sadly the format is to expensive to have a healthy player base.

Back in 2017, lands would still enter tapped under blood moon. However, i do agree he should have put hallowed fountain in untapped, show off the BDE

In game 1 why didn't Ollerhead just hardcast Empty the Warrens to chump and buy time?
Miles Rodi he drew it off of the serum visions, so only three untapped lands, and it is a four mana spell.

Ollerhead also repeatedly used a scalding tarn for both colorless and Red mana on different turns. 2 spooky
