I work sitting all day and even when I take breaks, I have a very good chair etc nothing helps. I have tried all the videos out there and the only exercises that have helped are the ones from this man! Good bless him and please keep posting videos related to sciatica pain 🙏🏻
The bolster offered the most relief. I used a foam roller and was amazed at the instant pain relief. I didn't force my body to touch the ground on the other side. Just draping my body over the foam roller and supporting myself with my elbow did the job. Thanks!

I am using ice, heat, stretching, walking Aleve, Motrin, Biofreeze, etc. Ugh- How should I be sleeping at night? - I honestly think my mattress is somewhat to blame as I feel better lying on the floor. It's only on my left side. thankfully.

Hi doctor thanks for the lesson ❤. I have one question my sciatica pain is started about 3 years . The pain I got is from exercise during a deadlifting. After that I see therapist but noting much difference. now the PAIN spreading all my left side body including my left eye. I don't know what to do.

Is the cobra safe to do if I have grade 2 spondylolisthesis? When I do it, it does give me some relief however I can no longer do the full cobra. I can go halfway or less.
@@Staygoldponyboy44 Well first of all it takes time. Maybe 3 weeks or so. Your back being straight throughout the day is very important. I get in the car bottom first then bring both bent knees inside. I lay down on a yoga mat straight and stretch bringing arms above my head, stretch from fingers to toes. Bringing knees to chest and roll from side to side helps. Then do a sphinx(cobra) position on the back of my bent forearms and stay in that position 2 minutes and repeat. One more is good at night. I push off a kitchen counter. Feet far from the counter, bend knees slightly, arms dead straight.. Push, push for 30 seconds or more. Really stretch that back. All these really help get my disc into place. If picking something up from the floor, bend from the hips, keeping legs straight. Back is straight all the way. Hope it all helps. Don't twist at all throughout the day. Move the feet to pivot, not the back!

Put your hands on the counter top edge, walk back your feet till you feel a stretch in your straight back, head facing floor, bending from the hips, stretch that back, push, push with your hands, butt as far back as you can. Legs very slightly bent. STRAIGHT back. Kind of like a 45 degree angle (sideways L shape) You'll feel a good decompression in your spine. Key is that straight back. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds. Repeat 2 or 3 times a day.
Could jogging be a contributor developing sciatica? I jog a mile or two once o twice a week. Would it be wise to lay off jogging until some progress in sciatica relief is achieved ?
