    you are a lifesaver- This morning - worst sciatica pain - it's usually the worst in the morning, but this morning I was ready to cry. Should I see a chiropractor? I am using ice, heat, stretching, walking Aleve, Motrin, Biofreeze, etc. Ugh- How should I be sleeping at night? - I honestly think my mattress is somewhat to blame as I feel better lying on the floor. It's only on my left side. thankfully.

    Thank you will this be helpful for herniated disc pain? I have L3 L4 L5 S1 bulging and two are herniated and I have burning across my back tightness and stiffness

      @@DrRowe my hamstring and sciatica nerve is tight because of that my movement is very bad restricted some time I feel pen in my lower back while playing running. any help for me please 🙏

    Good stuff as always. I had pain, top left side, of my neck while walking for a few weeks. Now everytime i look left my neck cracks,pops and crunches 4 or 5 times. Is there any advice or a videos you can direct me to. Thank you for your time.👍

    Can u suggest safe stretches for Lower back pain & sporadic bursitis caused by:
    L1-2, L3-4 & L5-S1 level small disc bulge.
    L3-4, L4-5 Mild- moderate bilateral ligamentous facet hypertrophy.
    L4-5 level grade 1 spondy.
    L4- L5 & L5-S1 mild - moderate bilateral neural foraminal stenosis. Thank u!

    Dr. Rowe good day what's the difference between lumbar spondylosis and scitiaca? Cause I had an xray and find out I had lumbar spondylosis thank you anyways for all of the exercises you shared God bless and more power ❤️

    Could jogging be a contributor developing sciatica?
    I jog a mile or two once o twice a week.
    Would it be wise to lay off jogging until some progress in sciatica relief is achieved ?

      No exercise works 100% of the time. If it works, use it. If it doesn't, don't. Problem solved.
