Like everything else I own I decided to lower the CTS-V. The kit I used is the Eibach Prokit. I have listed a link below. This is a pretty easy kit to install and can be done in your driveway. Let me know if you have questions.

I'v had eibachs on the car for the past three years (Installed by a shop), I just installed all new shocks this past weekend. (Three out of the four were leaking so I decided to change all four. Installation went perfect thanks to your awesome video. I did notice the passenger rear sits higher than the driver rear. Could it be possible while pressing/ bouncing down on the lower A arm while trying to remove the shock, the spring rotated away from the lower insulator grove which resulted in that side being higher? All the other corners look just as it did before I installed the new shocks.

Get you some high temp RTV/ copper. Use it to seal where pipes fit together, it will turn to carbon/?, when and if you ever have to take it apart it will be easy to remove the pipes. I have used it on the old steel exhaust and after many miles even the old steel pipes come apart easily. I also used it to seal headers at the head.
