A remarkably gifted pianist and arranger in the tradition of Rachmaninoff himself. Wonderful recital.
I couldn’t agree more! Genuine question, could you articulate what makes him of Rach’s tradition or what was revealed in his playing style for you to think this? I’m notating some of Gryaznov’s works and I like to interpret and comment on them in the description, but I’m looking for input from others on his playing (e.g., his gift for voicing, for example, is exceptional and often noticed above everything else).
Wow! I just heard the Chopin Ballade and I have to say that I’ve heard this piece many, many times and I have never heard those wonderful melodies brought out by your left hand thumbs! Brilliant! Well played 👍 can’t wait to hear the rest of the recital!
What an impressive recital, his relaxed approach a joy to watch and the final 2 Rachmaninoff arrangements were exquisitely beautiful 🙏😘😘
Dear Slava! 😊🙌🫵
