    Engine Oil change, trans oil change , axle oil change, new spark plugs and cables, engineVAC injector clean and check fuel rail pressure , new air intake filter..... instant gains if those have been neglected.

      @@Johnny_Lawrence_Cobra_Kai This is for old, neglected that were never cared for. Obviously if the car was like within a few short years old and had decent maintenance, it would/should never degrade from factory power specs by that much.

    Those numbers aren’t bad considering that it was done in Denver… the numbers aren’t corrected for atmospheric pressure.
    This car would be making power in line with other LS cars at sea level.

    I think this guy has cat back only. Which is about right on power. A lot of times stock fuel pump is the issue. From age it doesn't perform as well. If you replace it and put CAI, LTS, and UD, you should end up around 340 - 350

    • @speedrazer2000
      @speedrazer2000 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is getting harder to find parts I know. Depending on what you need I have used Jegs and rock auto. I bought some aftermarket taillights on E-Bay. As far as body parts like quarter panels my local scrapyard had squat also. Luckily in the 18 years I have owned my car all it ever needed was an alternator. Maybe check Classicindustries.com - Never been there but you can check it out and see. Actually let me know what you find out, I may need parts someday too. Good luck my fellow gear head.. 👍 😁
