    Oh and the shovel that will drill a foot and a half deep hole but cost $300 and probably weighs 2 and 1/2 times as much as a drain Spade. And the drain speeds about 30 bucks. So it costs seven times more than it. And if anybody is ever used a spade before they cut real quick and real nice. You just got to go around the hole a couple of times and you use your body weight. I'm going to guess that's the first and last week here of mr. hole shovel and his lovely invention

    This video had less "wow / neat" in it for me than usual. The garden tool is just a variation of one I've had for years. The mini electric chain saw may have some uses but pretending it's a replacement for my 'heavy gas' Stihl is a joke. The 'cordless drill" size blueberry shaker may be better than hand for a very small farm but around here the blueberry farms use picking machines that drive over the rows similar in idea to a raspberry picking machine. And the gutter cleaning tool looked awkward and slow. Why not use the water blast tool made for the same purpose that has been around for years, is faster to use and I believe also cheaper?

I can get a solid gas backpack blower for $500 vs $1100. No comparison. Most home owners can use the cheaper battery blowers for a fraction of the cost.

  • @ms.farmgirl
    @ms.farmgirl ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Up to the 3:17 mark, those are not NEW inventions. There are similar ones on the market for a fraction of the cost of these. Especially the hole auger. There are tons of Drill operated Augers on the market,, and weigh far less.
    4:18 mark - Gardena apparently never heard of inground irrigation systems! That is only a couple decades too late. lol
    6:32 mark - Bosch [Gloria] hasn't heard of weed wackers? GEESH!
    7:29 mark.. FINALLY a garden tool that makes sense. The Shovel Sifter is very practical and can be used for an endless projects list. Just as long as it is metal and not cheap plastics.
    8:25 mark.. I had to laugh. We've had the garden cultivators on our farms since back in the early 1940's when my parents were kids using them. These are NOT NEW PRODUCTS! AND lets not forget about the "GARDEN WEASEL" commericals from the early 1970's. This is far from a new discovery.
    9:17 mark.. the little leaf shovel for gutters,, also been done already. Only it's a long handled blower, There are also gutter covers that most people have installed so no leaves can get in, in the first place.

    • @gerhardma4687
      @gerhardma4687 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, you're a particularly clever gardener and know everything better. Do you think that these videos here have the claim to the absolute truth? Far from it, and besides, no one can have an overview of all the products in the world. Take the statements, smile about it if you have more knowledge about something and be happy about things you did not know. By the way, Gardena makes irrigation systems of all kinds - even some below the surface. And one more thing, there are actually countries and people in the world who don't want weed killers in their gardens because the poison is then everywhere. However, this realization has not yet penetrated to everyone, especially in the US.

    I'm sorry but how the hell is a manual cultivator a new tool? Not only that, but how the hell did it get down towards like the top five of the list? I was born in 1979. I used one of these as a child in my parents' garden helping them weed. That tells me that this is not exactly a new and upcoming product. And yes, the one that I used aside from being painted a different color for the frame had the exact same shape and size times. As that thing does.
