They replaced him for BL3.
@@xBMF9000x yeah, there's honestly a huge history with Kaiser, he voiced one of the guys in Borderlands 3 that gives you a side quest, he also did the voice for one of the voice options in Dragonball Xenoverse 2 and even voiced one of Frieza's soldiers in the dub Ressurection F! But they did indeed get the original voice of Claptrap to play the little robot guide guy in this movie. :)

Because the movies weren't made in the same order as the show. A lot of them just came out at random intervals, only some came out when they were close to when they would "fit" into the timeline.

Really is a shame the writers never had him use that form. It's literally the only thing that REALLY differentiates him from Freeza.
Plus it's way... _Cooler._ Also, could you imagine 5th form Cooler in that palette? Platinum Cooler... It would've been awesome.
@@CaptainCFalcon I was thinking about that but in the end I disagree. Metal fifth form cooler would be too much too overdesigned, and the big bad boss design kinda clashes with the sleeker 4th form for a legion of robots. Plus it really helps keeping the two Cooler incarnations different and unique.

That army of Metal Coolers appearing on the clifftop and charging a worn-out Goku and Vegeta who had so much trouble with just ONE is hands down the scariest, most hopeless moment in all of Dragon Ball.

In case you haven't picked up on it. The voice actor of the little robot that was about to deorgan Yajirobe is the very same that voices Claptrap in the Borderland games. It was not just someone that could imitate the voice to perfection. He's the OG voice!! (Lee Rastus is the pseudonym of David Eddings)
Has Jack ever played Borderlands? Because I'm 99% sure the little robot at 11:02 is voiced by Claptrap's voice actor

1:55 - That's pretty true. Alot of people call Vegeta the broody character, but he doesn't really brood. He's just alot of rage in a bottle ready to explode if something challenges him. Piccolo is more the broody character.
Krillin described Vegeta well: His DEFAULT emotion is anger.
Vegeta is not a bottle of anger ready to explode in dbz. That's just dbza

When you realise that Master Roshi managed to fight against Jiren quite well while Goku was getting thrashed around, even if for a few minutes. They did him dirty here

I have to step in here as Krillin's #1 fan - right after unceremoniously smashing into a robot's arm, he does step up and start kicking some robot ass with Piccolo and Gohan.
Also fun fact, the Beeps are actually translated in the canadia english setting.
For example some even called cooler HOT.

@@damarkomoore5236 that's now. Og z Piccolo was either at the lookout or on a mountain. If anything the movie revealed that Gohan is a lot like his father in a way. When he's absorbed in something he will defintely ignore his family a bit for it.
1- The narrator is KaiserNeko, the VA for Trunks and co-founder of TFS.
2- Krillin's owned counter only goes up in the main show, the movies are essentially a separate universe (despite TFS including theem to the show's plot) where Krillin can live free without those worries.
3- This movie can comfortabley, albeit painfully, take place during the 3yrs the Z fighters were training for the androids, considering the only one who saw Vegeta as a Super Saiyan was Goku and the former would be out in space training in his pod of what not. It's a little iffy on Piccolo being fused with Nail AND Kami with the TFS version, since in the canon it's not really stated as far as I remember since there are no internal voices for him, so it's hard to tell.

the hit them really hard thing actually makes a sort of sense. because they were fighting them as if they were fighting people they needed to injure and what they needed to be doing was trying to hit _through_ them to break them as objects.
Goku has a habit of holding back on his opponents, he draws out the fights whenever he can.

Yajirobe highest point was in classic Dragonball^^ Back in the old days he just did not just beat his enemy, No no, he cuts them into 2 pieces, makes fire, grills, and eats them just to make clear who is boss. He did eat the third son of Picollo that beat up Goku a few moments before XD I miss that badass haha

Canonically, Cooler is my favorite villain as well (not counting villains turned heroes). He's basically just Frieza, but without the bullshit.
