As a Man Utd fan witnessing one of the worst Board room and executives in football, I’m very envious of what he did for the RB group, I’m pretty sure he’s set a blueprint of a modern club. He’s just created that factory line of players and managers a long that clear and consistent philosophy. For players they can go to Leifering Salzburg Leipzig or come from the academy of NY or Leipzig or be poached from a euro academy (eg nkunku). Managers also have their coaching taught to them by what Rangnick set up and Salzburg has churned out great coach after great coach playing the same way, Rose to Marsch to Jaissle.
