- In Section 4 of the Women’s 4x400 Final the USC Trojans are dominant once again. They ran their fastest time of the season(3:27.45), just missing the Collegiate Record they set last year by .42. They are back-to-back NCAA 4x400 Champions.

In some races you do. Outdoor 100,200,400. Indoor 200 and 1st half of 400. Running is very healthy for you. Go run. You'll learn a lot. Patience. Pain. How to relax. Endurance. Geometry and more.

Ok I've never ran on an indoor track but is it smaller than an outdoor track because a 400 outdoors for me is only one lap but they did two
