Thank you so much for being so open & honest about this. I have been struggling with not being able to leave the house & it’s hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I had the same experience when I told my friends and family about this. So surprised how many people told me they had a similar problem and received a lot of unexpected support. Thanks for sharing your experience. Keep fighting! :)

Thank you so much for all of your videos! I have binge watched most of them this morning. I have had a similar experience to you in a lot of ways. I started having panic attacks at 23 but like you for a long time didn't realise that that's what was happening to my body. I tried to smile through it and doctors put me on antiemetics and inhalers thinking I might be asthmatic. I have had to take some time off from work recently and admit that I was really struggling. I started having panic attacks throughout the day everyday and finally gave in to getting the help I needed. Looking at your story particularly has really pushed me to keep going in getting better and dealing with my issues. Watching your videos has made me feel so positive. ❤❤❤

8:00 Yes this is so spot on! I've always seen it as being tied to a chair with someone pointing a gun at your head, but while they're pointing the gun at you they're saying "I'm not going to shoot you, don't worry, I won't shoot you." So, as you said, though there is no seeming 'danger', the crippling fear is still there!
Your channel is amazing, thank you for it!!

coupon mommi life you will get better most definitely! Being proactive and surrounding yourself with things that inspire and motivate you is wonderful. I think it’s all about habit and consistency - anxiety disorder can become a bit of an addiction, perhaps not consciously but on some level you are in the habit of responding to every situation with a heightened sense of danger. Eventually that will ease as long as you keep proving to yourself that there is no danger. I would love to hear how you are getting on - please keep me updated! ❤️

Omg! That is exactly how my anxiety disorder started! At work! Went to the hospital because I felt like I was leaving my body and about to faint

I just came across your channel, I appreciate your openness about your journey, and techniques to overcome anxiety and panic attacks. I to have anxiety and panic. It was to the point I couldn't leave the house . For anyone reading this , I'd like to share what has helped me. First it wasn't medication. That made it a lot worse . There is no magic pill. Medication is a form of coping , it doesn't get rid of anxiety and panic. And that's what I want , to rid myself of the anxiety and panic. No learn to cope with it . Deal with living with it . That to me , isn't living at all . What helped me , on utube look up the anxiety guy. Subscribe. Dennis has a whole series on not just coping with anxiety , but to truly be cured of anxiety and panic. So go over and check it out . That helped , and affirmations for anxiety and panic. Daily . Listen to them , accept them , make them a part of your life . It all boils down to not running from what you are afraid of . Run towards it , then you are gaining control over the anxiety and panic, and not the other way around . It's about reprogramming your mind . All anxiety and panic, steams from a experience, like in this video , she had an anxiety attack at work , one experience, one bad experience , and then every time she went to that place as a result , her mind remembered that , and her body said ok , we are here again , let's set off that fight or flight , we must be in danger , and it repeated . Usually then ones mind will be on alert , over thinking , what if this happens other places , etc. And what will happen , one will leave the house and the mind remembers that conversation you had with yourself , and bam , anxiety and panic. It's such a horrible cycle . So please anyone struggling with this , go check out the anxiety guy, he will change your life .
