Hello Teacher! In a Ford Fsd 425 marine engine i have high temperature. I have measure with laser gun everythink and all shows good up to 2500rpm above the 2500 starts to overheating slowly slowly and when we re going with 3300-3500 the temperature goes up to 110°C and when we drop the throttle down to 2200rpm the temperature does not goes down a lot. I have work the engine with also and without thermostat. I have replace the water pump also and the impeller. But the problem stay. Did is the heat exchanger who also is and water cooled exhaust and expansion tank? What do you think about?
I have two helm postions each with their own gauges. The lower/inside temperature guage reads 75°c normal but the upper reads 95°c that's wrong. Do i buy a new guage or is there a fault with the wiring?
We have volvopenta TAMDE70e engines and they begin to overheat if we run more than 1500rpm for longer than a few minutes but anything below 1500 it runs fine, what do you think of that?
There are multiple causes. However, I recommend checking The Heat Exchanger condition as well as the Impeller blades condition. This is in my opinion a lack of heat transfer at the heat exchanger

If i shot all the parts with a ratec gun what should all the temps be? 1987 5.7l MIE260 factory closed cooling.

This is probably a woring fault. Normally an open or loose ground at the second station
