What does Authenticity mean to you?
Our team chatted a bit about how this manifests in our daily work with the clients we serve. It's one of those terms that can mean different things to different people. Today I'm offering my thoughts that help keep me grounded with this concept:
Authenticity to me is about knowing your values, your truth and what matters to you. It's about sharing those outward in alignment so that they can be observed and understood. It's also important to recognize that we show up in a multitude of ways that can all be truly authentic, simply adjusting for the situation but still coming from a place of truth.
