    I've been using sea moss internally and externally for the past two months, people just stare at me then I realized something looking at all the sea moss videos, sea moss makes you glow, if your skin is lighter I you're going to be angelic but even darker skin looks diamond 💎 and I recently shaved, my clippers were struggling, I've never had such robust follicles and they were super rich, if there is a Sea goddess Sea Moss is her blessing for us land creatures

    "Get on Birth control" - I feel like that is rehearsed among st the health industry. Birth control is not the solution, may help clear acne, but not in the long run. It alters hormones big red flag. I am so glad you did research. Your symptoms were symptoms I had , I just didn't go to a doctor about it, I didnt know what it was so I changed my diet and did not know what was wrong with me.I drink just water had to cut the sugar go to plant based whole foods not vegan modified replacements WHOLE FOODS, and celery juice in the mornings. No more symptoms. I have been scared to go to health facilities, minority women just seems to have issues when we leave there if we ever do as some die for what ever reason overall. Not to be extreme, but I appreciate your video. Young women do not have these conversations which we should, you can save someone's life. Thanks ! I will also try this too. I have hypothyroidism just working on a healthy lifestyle.

    • @veryvanessa
      @veryvanessa  4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Right! That’s their answer for everything. That’s so good that you went plant based. I’m pretty sure if you did have any abnormalities they’re gone by now. Continue to eat clean, drink lots of water. & thank you. I’m trying to use this platform to share knowledge and info. I appreciate your feedback!

      Hi Bknight. How's to things going now? I we could cut out the celery as it's a hybrid good.. your body cannot assimilate hybrid foods.therefore goes straight to the liver. . Plant of bitter plants as teas will help correct you symptom. Burdock root, milk thistle,.are some of the few to incorporate into your diet.. Use Very Vans product. . And stay away from those horse pit tals ( hospitals). Check in with 1 issue, now leave with 10 Future problems/ issues.. ☮️

    Oh my goodness! So thankful I found you on YT. I've experienced everything you mentioned (fatigue, severe anemia, passing clots, etc.), yet there is no trace of fibroids. I've taken iron supplements to no avail and my doctor even suggested infusions (but ain't nobody got time!). I've started taking black seed oil to help with my overall and menstrual health. Thankfully, I have seen improvements. I am definitely going to buy some sea moss on my next grocery run. Thank you for sharing your story and educating! 💗

    I had a very heavy cycle also. However, since I am done with having children, I opted to have an endometrial ablation. It was covered by my insurance due to how heavy my cycle was. Ask you doctor for the best recommendation for you. Had I known before now about seamoss, I would have tried that. I have ordered some and will incorporate it for the other issues, weight, fatigue, and mucus. I really want this to work for me. I have asthma and I want to stop these meds.

      So sorry to hear that! I would suggest switching over to a plant based/alkaline diet. I follow Dr. Sebi nutritional guide for approved foods. Drink lots of water to help flush toxins out. I ended up getting the UFE (fibroid Embolization) a little over 7 months ago. UFE + modifying my diet and taking herbs has eliminated most of my symptoms and the fibroids are shrinking.

    Is this carrageen? It is abundant in Ireland, I have picked and used it alot. There is traditional/ancestral useage of Carrageen and other seaweeds for health. I wonder if Seaweeds/minerals with an oilish medium, (seaweed) help us recover a pathway of nutrients to the body.

    Hi. I’m a healthcare worker, and with the COVID19 I was told sea moss is really good for immune booster. So I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks now. I love it... Can you do a video based on your research or any experiences you had or know of on the downside to maybe over consuming seamoss. I buy sea moss gel already prepared by someone, and the instructions are just to take it twice a day. I can put it in my foods or I like to put it in my tea. But I wanna know if it’s any side affects to it.

    • @veryvanessa
      @veryvanessa  4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Hey hey, I’m going to look into this. The only caution I’ve heard of are for people who have iodine allergies or people with preexisting thyroid conditions. I know that it does help with thyroid problems but those people can’t take too much of it.

      Very Vanessa BSN, RN Thanks 😊, I appreciate your video on seamoss and I agree it’s been great so far, and because I’m on the frontlines at the hospital as well, “Environmental Services Leadership team”; building and keeping my immune system healthy is very important. I’ll continue to take the 2 tablespoons a day. But I’m curious to know if it’s any side affects we should be aware of in general. But so far so good...💚💚
