It's called Chevrolet [ends in -ley, the final t isn't pronounced], since it was founded by Louis Chevrolet, a Swiss-French racing driver and mechanic, in 1911. Chevy is just a colloquial shortening. Also yeah, GM created Geo as a captive import brand to sell rebadged cars from Asia in the US. The Geo Metro was a Suzuki Swift, and the Tracker was a Suzuki Samurai/Sidekick/Jimny. The Prizm was a rebadged Corolla (different version from the Toyota we got in the States, but both are Corollas). The Prizm was also built in conjunction with Toyota at the NUMMI factory in Fremont, CA. There was also the Geo Storm, which was a rebadged Isuzu Gemini.
I heard you fine, and I think there was less road noise, but then I hear you on fine on the others. I'm still listening to the last long one. It may take me a while to finish.
Here it's not, and almost no one moves over. I try to move over, then the person in the lane I moved into moves to the right lane and speeds way up overtaking to the right, right next to the person stuck at the side of the road.. Not good.

@@werecollie I find it interesting that Toyota is also geo. And Toyota is also Scion and Toyota is also lexus. One brand is a lot of brands.
@@werecollie thanks for letting me know about chevy! (:

Sounds good! Thanks Lynn! How are you doing today?
@@extralock1045 Tired but good. Sleep time very soon.
Night time drives would be cool..
@@OoTheBigFudgeoO I did do a couple of them at some points. They are all right but the camera keeps unfocusing at night for some reason.
In Georgia it's the law that you must move over or slow down when passing a vehicle that's on the side of the road.

You talked about a Cybertruck -- I'm sending you a photo I took earlier this year. 🙂
Awesome!
