I work at Starbucks uk and the syrup is slightly duller in colour, it's actually like neon red when it's in a big amount and it goes to a bright bright orange when put into one cup. You're making a tall drink, you needed 3 pumps of it and 2 shots of coffee but honestly that doesn't look far off it at all. I love your videos and it makes me so happy I actually know something about what you're doing 🤣❤️

When it comes to adding salt in baking I used to do the exact same thing & not include it until I using a recipe provided by someone who asked me to bake cookies for them & I wanted to follow it exactly. I noticed that I could actually get a hint of salt in some bites which I thought wld be disgusting but it was delightful & the other flavors in the cookies were far more pronounced without being extra sweet. Try a blind test with one batch with salt & another without & have a friend try them. I went from hating the idea of having salt with sweet to my favorite flavor being salted caramel & dark chocolate, the best in my opinion are finished with flaky salt.
Back in the 90s Starbucks had the recipe cards at the register for the banana bread. I have the original card and the recipe you just recreated is exactly what is printed on the card! Good job😊👍🏻

Love all these! You are doing really well with the baking! I'm a custom cake decorator/baker and you are improving your techniques, keep up the good work! Tip: A bread knife works better on cutting bread, that knife drags through the bread and usually with nuts and big pieces of fruit can tear the bread or cake when cutting. Bread needs to cool down, if cut to soon, it looses it's moisture and becomes drier. I think you're next one should be creating a torte cake, those are easy to do. Enjoy your day!
If you want an even cook without bringing the top of it I would recommend wrapping it in tinfoil and for the last few minutes Of the baking time unwrap it

That's why it's called pumpkin SPICE latte, exactly, there's no pumpkin. It's just the spices that are paired with pumpkin (in baking). It's a big misconception. 😅 People will often use pumpkin for their lattes and be surprised that it tastes bad.

Those eggs maybe called "sous vide" but they are not sous vide.. Sous vide is slow cooking in a water bath at low temperature for a longer length of time and eggs usually just stay in there shells. These are a type of baked egg but I must say yours look way better than the ones from the Starbucks pic (never been to Starbucks) and yes you need a Funnel for putting sauces and liquids in bottles etc.

My great aunt in Costa Rica, had a bakery she’s always have told me to sift all dry ingredients, intercalate on adding ingredients between wet and dry, and if dough or batter to thick don’t use a whisk a wooden spoon will suffice and never skip salt on baking recipes if you are cooking lunch or w/e is up to the person who is cooking if salt is needed

If you don't have baking parchment greese pan with butter and sprinkle flour on to it which prevents the butter from making your bake greasy but still allows your bake to be removed from the pan.

Tip: you can stir the bread dough with your hands it's super easier and faster than stirring it with a whisk.

In America, there actually is no real pumpkin in our PSL... it's just flavor.

You need to mix the syrup with the milk. Than steam it. Usually do your espresso after you steam the milk.
