@Iceday Face palm wizard He didnt pay it, though. he never gave her child support, which this is a weird case because obviously the child wasnt real and he should have had too, but had the kid been real he didnt care enough to /ever/ pay child support, he was 5 years behind on a 5 year old chid.
The lady in this video "Tracey" ended up being charged and jailed. she lied to her ex-husband and the child was actually her "friends". It was basically a big scam on her ex-husband, i think he ended up paying a total £15,000, in maintenance/child support thinking he had a son this whole time.

Her older daughter confirmed the child was a friends and the boys parents had no idea what she was up to. The man John wrote a heartbreaking letter to the boys parents, saying how heartbroken he was, and how he loved the boy as his own son, and that the they were so blessed to have such a wonderful son.
Why did no-one ask for a birth certificate? You can go to the Registry of births, deaths..etc and they will happily print one off for 20 quid! Then there's DNA tests as well! I'd be suing the solicitor
Why not have a child that's not on file and reduced to a number in a bunch of computers? You can just have a kid old fashion style and he won't have to be a slave to any government.

@@MastaSmack no he couldn't. If he doesn't exist in the system then that means no passport, no driving licence, no ID and that means no job. It also means no ability to claim benefits because he has to be in the system.
Come to think of it, no birth registry means no National Insurance number which again means no job, no benefits, not even state pension.

Unfortunately women can be very cruel. Years ago there was a case in South Africa where a woman kidnapped a baby from a hospital and told her partner it was his child. This lie was discovered when the child was 2 years old. She was returned to her parents who were strangers to her. That had to be one of the most cruel things a woman can do to a man and a child.

People are always talking about how women gets mistreated and stuff(not saying they don’t get mistreated) but men’s are always getting much more harsh punishment when the police doesn’t even have evidence and only the person who got rape, claim it was him. Yet they get arrest for years in jail because of a liar and after a year was proven not guilty and was released and the she only got 8 month in jail yet the man could’ve got a lot more time in jail.

rapists get around 2 years (which is a worse crime), for the more than 2 years to be implemented, the legal system had to be fair in more severe for other similar and more serious crimes to start with.
Imagine thinking you're a parent, a dad in this case, having a child you love with every ounce of you, the happiness that would bring, the future you'd imagine for and with that child, the milestones, even grandchildren... and then finding out they never existed, you're not a parent, you don't have a child and never did. Imagine how disorienting and soul crushing that would be. If that was me I'd be grieving like I'd actually lost a real child and I don't think I'd be able to carry on after that. I don't think there's many things that bring as much joy as becoming a parent and equally I don't think there's many things worse than the loss of a child. I hope this man got the help he would have undoubtedly needed after this wicked woman's callous lies.

@@y4nd3re The man did not make it up, the woman did, she pretended to be pregnant and used her friends kid to pretend that he did have a son, she brought the kid over to him often causing him to form a really close bond, he payed a lot in child support and everything.
@@dieZauberfloete You might want to look more into the story, they had broken up before the child was allegedly born, she didn't tell him she was pregnant just that she had his son, he tried to spend more time with him, I mean that's what this video was about, a man trying to gain custody of his son after the mother claims he doesn't exist anymore.

She found out at the age 11 when the uncle was gonna marry and she couldn’t understand why he was gonna marry someone else if he was married to her mom. Anyway, 40 years later she still calls the uncle dad which is now my dad.

This will sound stupid for what I’m gonna say but it wasn’t a serious enough crime for them to have the right to do that, they should have
I suppose they couldn't rule out it being registered but one typo making it unfindable without more info, such as hospital the supposed birth took place in. So if you she was trying to claim the existence of the child with made-up info it would be easy than the other way round (which it was in this case)

I had an ex like this,who stitched me over for 25 grand.. she was going to London and using a credit card I didn't know about.. even worse she had a miscarriage with twins. I never knew it was twins or a miscarriage with another guy or even she was pregnant.. she met me the day she lost them? She said she's had an operation.. lied about the existence of them. Only when her sister dropped out it's ashame about the twins I sent her messages that she said she's having an operation.. operation? Was a miscarriage.. people do this to gain control..

That's so horrible. I often have realistic dreams where I interact with non existing family members, and after waking up it can take me hours, sometimes days, to shake the feeling of loss. I couldn't imagine living for 5.5 years with the idea you've got a child for real and one day waking up to the fact it never even existed at all. I'll argue it can be more difficult to deal with than if the kid was real and it died. Because how do you grief, when people from the outside looking in will think "at least no child was hurt", while surely the feeling of loss is just the same for the dad looking from the inside out, having all his hopes and dreams and visions for a future, for his child, instantly erased from significance as if some cruel punishment by God, a terrible glitch in the Matrix or experiment by Aliens. There's no one to talk to and share experiences with, no places to visit, no belongings to cherish, because it was all happening in this parallel reality only you lived in for 5.5 years. Soulcrushing and heartbreaking.
I'm going to give you some advice, because I was once in your shoes: look into learning about lucid dreaming and dream yoga. Be patient with yourself, as it takes time to perform effectively, but it's beyond worth the effort. Goodluck.

@Blue 2 years of a legal battle during which his solicitors found info that lead them to question where the child actually was. Similar case in the US, where it was discovered no one had seen the child for a substantial period of time and sadly, the child's custodial parent had murdered him and disposed of the body. In this case solicitors struggled to locate both the child and any associated documents so he reported the child as missing to the police. It was the police investigation that got to the bottom of the issue- that the child wasn't hers and there were no records because he was someone else's child entirely.
