I wish I could have posted this video sooner, but the truth is, it's been a rough couple of months. Almost two months ago, I lost my brother. We were close, as is my entire family. My brother and I lived pretty close to each other, so we saw each other probably once a week. He was my go-to person for help with projects around the house or advice on things going on in my life. He was one of the smartest people I knew. He'd accomplished a lot of great things in his life. At his funeral service, friends and coworkers of his-some people we had never even met before-shared similar stories about how he had helped them. That's just the kind of person he was. Outwardly, he was a fun, happy, talkative, and energetic guy. But inside, he was really struggling. I really can't tell you strongly enough to make sure you tell the people you love and care about just what they mean to you, just how important they are to you, and just how much you love them. We all have our own struggles and difficulties, and it's not always easy to tell when someone is really hurting inside. And if you're one of these people that's struggling, reach out to somebody, even me. Anybody can send me an email or send me a message on Instagram. Just know that people care.

Very sorry for the loss of your brother , losing a sibling is very hard on everyone . Each day that passes is challenge , stay strong and be the best person you can be as that's what your brother would expect you to be . Awesome video and keep them coming .

Brian so sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. Having recently retired with over 40 years in Emergency Medical Services (paramedic) I can empathize with you. My brother and I are very close as well and it is hard to imagine the loss. Your viewers grieve with you. Time will numb the pain but the good memories will last. As for the video, it is a great 3 part series. Sometimes busting up stuff just feels like victory. :)

I don’t know you and I’ve been lucky not to face big challenges in my life so far, but I’ve lost my parents and others close to me, and it hurts and it always will, though it does change. I’m sorry for your loss.

My old school is being demolished, it has three big parts tight together, built in 1950, and now the end of it. It was at the best in 2000s still, but when the third part came in '03, it started to be bad airquality, and mold in the newest part.
As a pro myself, using a bucket and thumb to do concrete is only if ive got no other tools.
I know this is a job, a profession, but do you enjoy destroying buildings?

There was an old bank in Houghton Lake, Mi being tore down.... Took about a week for them to destroy the vault. All you could see was rebar coming out of it as they chipped the concrete away from it. It was poured concrete walls with as much rebar stuffed in it as you could. looked like a damn porcupine at one point in the middle of the lot.

A bank robbery,.
Should have tried to use your steel ball ram and wacked the bottom wall instead of putting that much force on your machine. I could almost bet that if you guys tried the bottom idea. The entire vualt would have possibly eventually fallen down into the basement and broken down a little more easier. Is that excavator belong to you guys as well? If so you guys should install a water feed to the end of the boom arm just before the thumb on the side where your hydrolic hard lines are. It works out damn good & you can control the water. You guys did an awesome on the entire bank job. I enjoyed your 3 part video's. Vaults are a pain in the rear-end to demolish. I've done a few over time. Awesome videos though. Thanks.

Thanks for the video! It's interesting to see how you handle the bank vaults. The wrecking ball didn't seem to be doing much at first, but then you see the cumulative effect as you keep going.
I notice you didn't save the vault door this time. What did you end up using the previous door for?
Just sold it. To be honest with you, it might not have been worth all the effort. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

A few cuts with a demo saw to scribe some lines really speeds up demo. You only need to go in as far as the rebar, in this case, both sides.
I guess it is safe...to say that vault would keep your valuables...safe.
I built one like this and I'll say it's overdone with the steel and the concrete.
It seems like those vaults are overbuilt. They could have half that protection and be secure.

The floor in the basement just had to be broken up, but we didn't actually have to take it away. The new building isn't going to have a basement. I tried to explain some of this towards the end of the video.

After the main floor fell in, it looks like the Cat was laughing, saying, Ha,Ha, Ha, I’ve done you in! That rebar- every concrete grinders worst nightmare!
You lost a brother man. That's tough. You think about them all the time and then less and less and less until finally you see that good and nice things are really possible again. Sorry for your loss.
